We came up from Tucson and Phoenix to play in a HS alum golf tourney at another course. The weather was a welcome change. Staff was great. Greens were slick and challenging. Course was in pretty good shape. Nothing too challenging but not a cake walk either. Thank you, PGC, we had a lot of fun.

The course was it excellent shape. The greens were fast. I really liked the areas around the green's it made chipping easier and lowered my score.

Our round was really nice and fast since it was hot in the afternoon. The only negative was a lot of the fairways were really soggy. Not sure why since it seemed like hot dry weather. We really enjoyed the bar after our round. Friendly people there. The snack shop was closed shortly after we started but there was ice and water available. Would play again.

The course definitely has not been cared for in a while. Considering the weather and it's prime time, the grass is discolored and dying in multiple areas. Lots of dry dirt patches on tee boxes, fairways, and the greens. The ponds smell and have lots of overgrowth and algae. Trees are all dying. Paid $90 for a course that is not worth it. Will not golf hear again if the price is not lowered.

We play here often. There is only one sand trap that I will hit out of. It is on #9. The rest are hardened with too many rocks. Also, the rough is getting out of control. It needs to be mowed more often. Also noticed there are a number of approaches that are in rough shape.

Very poor shape for a country club

Bunkers were terrible, had to rake and place. No starter, no Marshall's. Appears to have been a nice course some time ago.

Going to quit bringing out of town guests. Course looks like they are going to lose some fairways completely. Tee boxes on some holes are at risk also and most bunkers are like dirt cart paths. Full of rocks and weeds. Driving range yesterday had almost no grass left between the ropes by noon.

I have played this course several times this summer. The conditions on the fairways was disappointingly subpar. It's as if they have been over watered due to recent Rains in the area and maintenance not monitoring the sogginess of the grass which appeared to become diseased. The greens were spectacular which made the round well worth playing. Normally, the course is well-manicured and taken care of.

I've been playing this great layout and historic course for 4 decades and I am utterly SHOCKED. Look at these pictures from a few days ago!!! A picture says a thousand words. The fairways grass is even all dead. Because I'm a businessman and curious, and I built golf courses in the eighties, I poked around and found out that the new management company decides everything. They fired the great superintendent Nick, and he went across the street. He had the course in great shape for the last six years. This is a tragedy and a disaster.
