Bellair Golf Park
About
Bellair Golf Park in addition to being a good place to practice one's short game it also tests accuracy with long irons. The course aptly tests control over the ball with the irons. Par 4s make up over half the hole at this executive length golf course. Every one of the greens are heavily bunkered and water hazards come into play on a few holes as well. It is close to a residential area but that only creates more narrow fairways, adding more challenge to the game. The course is well shaded and also well maintained, but play can be slow on occasion. Bellair Golf Park offers many discounts, including a twilight discount, a super twilight discount, and there is also an early morning special.

Good times!
Great day, have played this course for years - they are really working to make it better, keep up the great work! Staff is amazing, driving range is great.
Great value
Bunkers are in pretty bad shape but otherwise a great course for the value.
Good Saturday
Very nice challenging short course with some demanding holes. Slight drawback is that the greens need to be cut but not a dealbreaker!! Excellent value for the money!!!
Fun little par 3 course to work on your iron swings. Wish the holes lengths varied a bit more I felt like I was grabbing the same Club a bit too much
Great course for the Money
You cannot beat this course for the money. The course is not the best when it comes to perfect greens and fairways but it is priced right for what it is. Super fun Par 3 course.
Play
Nice little course wanted to work on irons. Perfect place for that. Played with some people said that the course is being worked in which I seen. Would play again.
Work in process
Greens were very good, the fairways were marginal at best, and the bunkers were being re-built and were large muddy holes.
Summer time L
Bellaire is a great course for begginers & even advanced looking for a nice executive course. A lot of maintence being done this summer with sprinklers & bunkers. This course is taking an L this summer but come winter they will have it all sorted out i believe. Bunkers being redone & fairways are dirt. Giving Bellaire a good rating because the potential it has & the work that is currently being put into it. Would not recommend playing during summer time with all the maintenance if you cannot put it on the green.
Under managed, or going through major overhaul
Very friendly staff, the club house, range and restaurant were all great and in great condition. The tee boxes, fairways, bunkers and greens are all either under managed, or going through a major overhaul. Lots on dirt spots with no grass growing throughout the course. Greens are easy to read but very bumpy. May try another round in the future to see how it improves.
Bad shape
Tee boxes all torn up. Bunkers are hard dirt. Fairways in bad shape with many bald patches. Greens inconsistent.
Course in need of repairs.
I won't be back.
Great value for money
All of the staff members are always friendly and helpful. By far my favorite driving range in the valley. The course is fun and good for a quick game/practice. I can finish the front 9 in an hour weekday evenings.
Need to Focus on One Thing
This course is trying very hard to do a lot of things but is having a hard time finishing any of them.
Many changes have been made to the driving range which is obviously their money maker. They’ve recently added automatic ball dispensers so you don’t have to bend over to tee the ball up. This along with the TopTracer Range is a nice touch but seems to have taken their focus off the main product, the course itself.
The sand has been removed from all bunkers. Apparently they are getting “TPC Sand” or whatever that means. Lots of areas with exposed water pipes and generally crappy or flooded conditions.
Some of the homes along the course have upped their game a bit and added improvements but you still have the crappy condos or townhomes with rednecks smoking cigarettes and weed. Think Florida Man or Woman when it comes to the locals.
Overall they are getting better though and do a lot of community events but they aren’t setting the bar very high. It’s more of a cutoff jeans and sandals vibe than a country club. Only thing missing is a dispensary at this point.
Also curious to know why all the signs and tee box markers say 1972 but the carts all say establish in 1973. Feels like someone goofed and decided not to get it fixed. That’s a pretty solid example of how they are moving in the right direction but can’t get out of their own way.
