About
The Viewpoint Golf Resort offers both a championship course as well as an executive golf course. The Championship Course provides a fair test of skill of golfers of any skill level with generous, rolling fairways lined with trees and some greens that are severely sloped from back to front. With numerous sand bunkers and water hazards that come into play in the form of three lakes and a small creek, the course definitely makes strategic shot-making a priority. The course also provides a scenic atmosphere for the game with panoramic mountain views and cascading waterfalls throughout. Viewpoint Golf Resort's Championship course is easy to walk and there are four sets of tees for a variety of different golfing options.

Never had a bad round here, always in Great condition.
Nice course
Have not played here in a long time. Course has matured nicely . Trees have grown in and the greens are excellent
for the this price.Great deal. I will be playing here more often
Good Value
Even though this course is shorter than most full length 18 hole layouts, it remains a little gem in east Mesa; a good test for all player levels and a great value for the money. Greens and fairways are in good shape and the pace of play was less than four hours. Staff is friendly and a decent restaurant is onsite.
Adopted home course
Not a resident of the park, but as it's the closest to the house, I do the majority of my range time here. Best driving range around.
The course is extremely playable and has enough little challenges if you're outside the tree lines or stuck on a mound. Many tilted greens so putting can be difficult.
Little local tip: when in doubt, most tough putts tend to break towards University Rd. which is south of you
Nice course, good value
Nice forgiving layout. Usually in great shape. Cart guys are friendly and helpful. Pro shop could be friendlier but that applies to most places I play in AZ.
Good Times
Everything was great and my only wish would be that two could golf by themselves. Just a preference of mine though we were matched up with some very nice people.
A favorite
My wife and I are regulars, it’s a great walking course, fairly flat with no big trek between holes. Design is straightforward with no tricks or gimmicky holes. . Greens can play tricky and fast if you are above or on the side of the flag. Conditions were above average for courses in the Mesa/Phoenix area, bunkers always consistent, most of the greens run true, and the fairways were in great shape.
Viewpoint Golf Course is a great value!
I really enjoy playing the course. The pace of play is excellent. The staff is always pleasant and friendly. I always enjoy my time at Viewpoint!

Getting worn
Love this course but due to an extreme amount of play this year the course is wearing out fast. Not much grass to play off of in many spots. Looking forward to less people this summer

Good Value
A nice short course that is a challenge for most player abilities; course is is good shape and pace of play was just under four hours. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Good food at the on-course restaurant. A very good value and a local gem in east Mesa.
