About
The golf course at the Union Hills Country Club is a championship course with a traditional layout. The course has been named one of the Top Ten Private Courses in Arizona. The design features four lakes and two winding creeks that create water hazards that come into play on a few holes. There are also several sand bunkers present. Some of the golf course's greens are elevated and the fairways are average sized in width. The signature hole is the par-4 14th hole, which requires a carry over water. Union Hills Country Club also has a putting green and full driving range for golfers to use.

It was "Rough"
Fairways were on point. Definitely carries the potential for being a great course but the greens and the rough we subpar at best. If you inch off the fairway at all you are greated with mud and weeds and not an ounce of grass, no first or second cut or any cut at all. The greens seemed to be nice as far as undulation and layouts go, but smothered with disease riddled grass and over-watered wear that left for washboard like conditions in areas throughout every green. If they managed better upkeep of both the rough areas by planting and maintaining grasses of any kind and rebuild the grasses on the greens, I would consider playing here again.

The course was in good shape as it normally is. The pace of play was good and I really enjoyed the round.

Tee, fairways, and greens in great shape. Bunkers were good too. The greens makes you work for good score but they were consistent. Just have to accept gas carts. Took 4:20 to play was. busy day.

This is supposedly prime time for golf in the desert
The golf course should be charging $25
