About
Deer Valley Golf Course offers a challenging game that will test golfers of all skill levels. The course has a beautiful rolling terrain with over 800 palm trees sprinkled throughout, providing a nice landscape but they can also affect shots since they border nearly all of the greens on the golf course. There are also sand bunkers that guard some of the greens, which are large, undulating, and oftentimes difficult to read. In addition, five of the greens are double-tiered. Ten ponds are situated on the course, coming into play on five holes. There are also some dogleg fairways to add to the difficulty at Deer Valley.

Outstanding for this time.
This course is an amazing value for this time of year. Great conditions and great pace. Only the greens keep it from being 5 stars across the board.
But greens are always a little long in the summer.
Gem of a course
This course never disappoints. It’s in good shape, greens were a little slow but very playable. Probably the easiest of the 4 SCW regulation courses
Deer Valley - Plays pretty fair
Plays fair, greens don't have much break even though they look like they do - bad eyesight i guess:)
Deer Valley golf
The course is in good shape. It provides the average golfer with a good challenge. For the price this is a good value.
Change the pins
Played this course twice last week. 4 days in between rounds but the pins were in the same spots. This caused a lot of traffic around the hole thus affecting putts. Fairways, greens, and bunkers great shape. Also greens have already been punched and recovered.
Best for the money west valley
Great course but it can get really backed up at times.

Deer Valley
I would gladly play this course each week. Well maintained and the staff was helpful and friendly. Snack bar was OK.
Weather Didn't Tarnish Round
First time playing Deer Valley. I now know why there's such a high demand to play there. Thanks to Golf Pass I was able to play at a very reasonable price. Greens were large and smooth, fairways extremely wide and just enough water/sand/palms to provide some challenge.
