Sun Village Golf Course, although located within a retirement community, offers a challenging game. This par-3 course has three sets of tee boxes to accommodate most skill levels and abilities. It has plenty of water on the back nine, adding to its difficulty. Although the course has homes surrounding it, there is still a laid back and quiet atmosphere. Since the golf course is aimed towards seniors, it is easy to walk although it does have a winding layout that some golfers get lost on. The Sun Village Golf Course being only for seniors is a misconception though, since the course offers a good game.

Well maintained short 18 hole par three golf course excellent course
Excellent golf course to play to improve your short iron skills
Fun par 3
There's only so much you can do with hole layout on a par 3 course, but with bunker placement and challenging greens this makes an excellent course to work on your short game. I've played this course a few times and it is always in great condition.
Amazing staff and great course
The Pro Shop staff, Matt and Earl, were absolutely fantastic and made our day smooth and a blast. The course was great and as advertised.
Fantastic course to practice your short game!
My husband and I have played this course a few times. We love it! The pace is great, people are friendly, everybody is walking. It's a great way to practice your short game at this pleasant, well maintained, quiet, 9 hole course. We'll be back!
Greens keeper issues
The course as a whole is really good short game practice. Tee boxes need some work, bunkers need a deep raking really bad due to compaction, and ants are starting to make mine fields on the greens. More than that? HOLES DO BELONG ON THE SIDE OF SLOPES! Most of the players on the course are VERY seasoned citizens or beginners! I saw pin placements on 3°+ slope sides. That KILLS the pace of play on already slow course.
Great Course
A lot of nice upgrades since the last time I was there. The tee boxes could be a little nicer. More even maybe.?
But overall a great part 3 that is definitely challenging.

Staff super friendly and helpful with advice. After golf we stayed for food and drinks because they told us about the happy hour specials. Great course and they provided a hose to wash off the duck poop from your cart wheels and shoes.
Great course for the money.
Plenty of water holes and sand traps to keep it interesting. Super friendly staff.
Very fun par3 course
Best par3 course that I ever played. I am sure that there are nicer ones but not for $35 .
Fun under the sun
It was a great day to golf in such a nice course with my good friend. First time golfing there I differently will be back. The staff was great very helpful and friendly. If you golf you need to try this course perfect for hitting your irons.
Shhhhhhhhh.
Don’t tell anyone about this place. It is a sweet little par3. Holes range from 80 to 155yds. The ONLY thing I could say that could be improved (imo) is the greens are a bit slow and shaggy, the day I played (a Thursday)
