About
Grandview Golf Course may be little known, but it provides a good challenge for players of all abilities. Although the course is relatively demanding, it is suitable for most players and there are also four sets of tee boxes to adapt the game to different skill levels or handicaps. There is a variety of different sand bunkers that golfers need to watch out for as well as water hazards that come into play on four holes. The signature hole is the par-5 13th hole, which is challenging not only due to its lengthiness but also because it requires an approach shot over water.

Not ordinary Sun City course
First time playing this course, and it's at the top of my list. Amenities are outstanding. Food and beverage at Crooked Putter offered good food at reasonable prices. Golf repairs and fittings. And the course was in excellent condition, well maintained and challenging enough for the average golfer. I look forward to playing it again.
Grandview
Staff is great. Course is in good condition, and greens are in top shape. Enjoy the front nine because the back is tougher.

Grandview
Got there a little before our tee time and was made to wait in the heat till it was our time. Meanwhile no one teeing off for a 10-15 min.
Slow Go
Both the faiways and greens were fuzzy meaning the grass was not trimed down making the course play longer and the putts slower.
Great value, nice course
I enjoyed my round at Grandview. The course was in decent shape, greens had recently been plugged, but was likely a week or so ago. They're recovering nicely. The greens were slllooooowwwww.. That's my once and only complaint.
The staff was nice, the course is well laid out and has nice bunker sand. I will definitely play here again.

Great layout, fairways were in great condition.

Misleading price - did not include cart.
Booked through GolfNow. The rate was $55 which was a good rate for a pre-paid hot deal in April. When I checked in at the course I was charged additional $16 pp for the cart. This is the ONLY course i have seen in Phoenix area which does not include the cart in the GolfNow price, therefore i did not notice the small print indicating this was a WALKING rate. I blame the course for this misleading price. At $71 this course was not a great value.
