About
Grandview Golf Course may be little known, but it provides a good challenge for players of all abilities. Although the course is relatively demanding, it is suitable for most players and there are also four sets of tee boxes to adapt the game to different skill levels or handicaps. There is a variety of different sand bunkers that golfers need to watch out for as well as water hazards that come into play on four holes. The signature hole is the par-5 13th hole, which is challenging not only due to its lengthiness but also because it requires an approach shot over water.

Great Track
Will be back ! Walked the course on a hot day and enjoyed it!
Great shape
The course is in great shape for this time of year many other courses are looking worse than ever. The greens were perfect, although a little slow.
Great value for the price
Green were good front nine fairways back nine not so good

Decent Shape
Course in decent shape for this time of year. Greens rolled fairly true if a bit slow. One comment: got to the course way earlier than expected (70 mins)…not on purpose. NO ONE and I mean no one teeing off. “Want to kick us out early?” No, was the response. “You have a Golf Now tee time…wait until 11.” All other places kick us out early IF there are openings. If there aren’t, no biggie, we go at 11. I get that. There was ONE 2-some that teed off in that 70 min period. Yes, I watched. So, we went at 11 and a few groups followed right behind. Had someone hot on our tail all thru the round. Yes, I know it’s “the rule” but a little common sense could be used. Get some out early if they are there and course NOT crowded. Spread out the groups.
Nice Track
Grandview is always in pretty good shape, even in the midst of the summer heat. A few areas were brunt, however the overall condition of the course is great!

Arizona HOT right now. Fairways and greens are in great shape, as well as the bunkers. Got summer prices right now and we don't mind the heat. Greens are large which I like. Wed and Fri is all you can eat fish fry and it was the best....$ 20....
Water
There are no water coolers on the course period! There are a few water fountains but no cold water! That’s a huge negative! Also, we were not told there would be an additional 32 dollar charge for the golf cart with no gps.
Sun City West Golf
I have played all the courses in Sun City West & they are without a doubt the best maintained & value with the friendliest staff of any tcourses available in the west valley. Never pass up an opportunity to play Grandview

This was really a pleasant surprise. The course was challenging. The greens were slopey but fair. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the course.
The bonus was the Crooked Putter restaurant. Great food at a good price.
