Grandview Golf Course may be little known, but it provides a good challenge for players of all abilities. Although the course is relatively demanding, it is suitable for most players and there are also four sets of tee boxes to adapt the game to different skill levels or handicaps. There is a variety of different sand bunkers that golfers need to watch out for as well as water hazards that come into play on four holes. The signature hole is the par-5 13th hole, which is challenging not only due to its lengthiness but also because it requires an approach shot over water.

Okay condition but terrible cart rules
Course was just okay as well as price. Typical desert course where the rough is miserable.
Golf cart rules sre such that you must pair up with strangers to make no more than 2 carts per tee time. Unsafe, unhealthy and uncomfortable at best. I would find someplace else to play, especially as a single player. Singles cannot even use online registration fo tee times. A bad joke.
Perfect golf course
We played Grandview on a 3pm tee time. We paid $22 and got in 18 holes. There was absolutely nothing wrong about this golf course. Spacious layout, little course traffic, perfectly manicured greens, and some challenging, but fair, golf!
I almost refrained from writing this review in order to keep this hidden gem a secret for those who know about it. If you play here, please treat it with the respect it deserves! The people who run this place must love what they do.

The course itself is in fabulous condition. However, when making the tee time on line, there is no mention that the cart is an additional amount per person nor how much it is. They don't take American Express which is also not noted on their website. Every other course I have ever played either includes the cost of the cart in their fee or there is something mentioned on the website. The excuse that they only have a limited amount of carts is inconsequential. Other courses run out of carts and patrons wait for the turn around on carts. Not sure if I will ever return to this course. Not happy with the staff at all.

It was cart path only because of all the rain the last few days, but today was perfect. Greens and fairways in great shape

Played as a twosome, but had to wait on every hole. Would play again and would recommend it

I haven't played all the courses in Sun Cities but this has to rank right up there. The course is in perfect shape tee to green.

Love this golf course always in good shape, staff is always super friendly no complaints especially for the price
Rude starter
We used Golf now and we got very good green fees. I had my golf cart and my husband had the one provided with the green fees. The golf course made us give one of the cart back stating the Grandview doesn’t allowed single player for each cart..The starter said they where short of carts and even tho it was provided by golf now they made us give it back. We back onto the course and we know better.
Slow pace
Beautiful day. But, too many slow golfers out. Waited every hole and every shot. Later in the day it got worse as we started to stack up. Obviously, this was caused by slow golfers in front who only got slower.
The course is in decent shape. Greens were a bit hard to read.

Had a good round. Met a couple of decent folks. Course is in good shape. Carts are a little jerky, but serviceable.

Grand view is in excellent shape. The greens are in fantastic shape. I was pleased with the whole course.
Glad I made the trip
It’s a relatively simple layout that meanders throughout the neighborhood, but the fairways and greens were in good shape and it has enough character and length to be a fun test of golf.
