Los Prados Golf Course

The overall course and layout was quite nice, however do be aware it is a fairly tight course with houses on both sides.

Pace - We were an early tee time and were out promptly on time. However, as we were an early tee time, we were pushed heavily by the groups (of likely members) behind us so we couldn’t spend too much time really anywhere on the course. Overall the round did feel rushed and I believe that we ended up finishing in around 3hrs (or even slightly under). Right off the start on the first hole, it didn’t feel like there was much separation as the group was already waiting for us to hit their shots to the green when we pulled up to the green.

Conditions - Overall the course conditions were great, however the greens conditions were very disappointing!! The greens were punched (which is fine normally and to be expected at this time of year), however the greens were so heavily sanded that putting was just was just a joke. The course basically played as if it had temporary greens with the condition they were in. It would have been nice to have been given the heads up prior to booking that we should expect these type of conditions. The round should have been discounted or the course should have offered some type of promotion as a result (free food voucher etc.). If I would have known about the conditions, I would have booked elsewhere considering we were only playing a couple of rounds while we were down in Vegas for the week.

Nice and green. The greens were all covered in sand. Price should have been lower.

Very disappointed to arrive to such conditions. Luckily we didn't pay that much but explains why so much availability.

We had an enjoyable round, except for the sandy green. Looks like they recently aerated the greens. It's that time of the year. Some greens looked like a sand trap. Other than that, the course wss fairly good condition. The staff were very friendly and gave us all the necessary information we needed. Shout out to Vince the marshal, very friendly.

The course is always in good shape and good value price

At the turn it becomes a free fior all. No Marshall to control the groups. Players jumping in front of other groups causing those who now have to wait.

Also slow players. There was a group if 5 playing very slow. The group behind them were not good players but kept the pace going after their tee shots.

No Marshall to ask players to pick up the pace.

Prices have increased at the course so in my opinion a Marshall could be provided

Beautiful day on the links,course is great shape, pace of play was great today. And I had a birdie on 18 to shoot a 79. Overall a great day to play.

Has gotten pricier, conditions ok, stuck behind slow foursome, ranger passed by a few times but didn’t let us through even tho a hole and a half open in front of them. Was my favorite course, especially Lucy!

great course. good fairways, good tee boxes , good greens. the only issues were the sand. Hard as a rock. Good staff and pricing. great rental clubs. It would be a 5 star with fluffier sand.

Greens and tee boxes need work to get the course up to a 5 star. Besides that the course and staff was great. Would go again sooner than later..

Love this course. Played with a group of guys from Canada and had a great time.

Obviously the winter has been hard on the course, but when it gets hot it will be great again.

This is a great short course for the money. Played there twice. First time, pace of play was great 3.5 hours. Second time on weekend and round was 4.5 hours. Greens are a bit under repair, but all in all this is a nice course and the clubhouse is fun and reasonably priced. Would definitely play there again if in Vegas.
