Nice course close to strip
Great time, nice course. Little pricey at $160 non residents. No veteran discount either!
Check It Out
Played the Palm Course which is their “short course”. Course was in excellent condition! Greens had a “little” sand remaining. Our pace of play was outstanding. Finished in 3-hours 40-minutes. Definitely worth playing here!
Shelley's Review
We had a mix of women golfer's 2 pretty experienced, 1 fair and the other had never played. We had the Best time. From the moment we checked in, the staff was Awesome. Took care of us like royalty. then we stayed and had lunch. it was delicious. We will be coming again.
Paid tourist fees for punched greens
I should've known that the greens would be punched when I was able to get a non-resident tee time before 10am the same day. I paid $126 to ride for a course I pay $45 for back home. The greens weren't freshly punched, but they were in poor enough condition to affect longer putts and the ball just died away from the hole most of the time. Some of the sand traps had rocks in them and the sand was a bit packed down. Tough to hit out of, added a few extra greenside strokes to go with the putting woes. I have played here before when the course was in better shape and more worth the money. Not this time. The ball machine at the driving range wasn't working, either. I know the staff were on it right away, but my window to warm up was compromised. Just one of those days. Can't blame the staff, but I take issue with being over-charged for punched greens. It's called a greens fee, not greens with brown holes and sand fee. Nice clubhouse and service, just not up to par with conditions.
The whole experience was Fabulous!
From the moment we checked in our day was perfect. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Bobby at the cart checkout was awesome. Such a wonderful guy.
Monday routine
I always enjoy playing this course more and more. I live in Henderson, but it’s worth the drive. Had two great partners Keith and Ryland perfect day. Overcast little breeze can’t ask for anything better.
Good and Slow
The course is “good,” but the course is “slow,” and it was Wednesday.
Love this place
We try to play every time we come out to Vegas. We usually bring our own clubs, but decided to rent this time. The rentals were actually really nice. All Callaway clubs and Odyssey putters. The rental price was a bit more than other resorts we’ve played across the country. Average prices are around $35-$45, these were $70 ea! For 3-5 year old clubs? But we love the courses so we bit the bullet. Course was in very good shape, a few of the greens on the palm course could use some repair work, but overall nice.
Beautiful and Fun
Very well-kept, beautiful surroundings and course design, moderately challenging but generally friendly fairways. Nice restaurant and golf shop.
Course was in good condition, greens rolled fast but a little patchy. Pace of play was a big concern, no Marshall to enforce pace of play at all.
Angel Park is On!
We live in Las Vegas and play both Angel Park courses regularly. The "Palm Course" with a challenging layout, but a 110-slope rating make this an excellent choice if you want to boost your golf ego! Both courses are in outstanding condition. Pace of play seems to stay pretty consistent in the 4 1/2 hour range.
