Palm at Angel Park Golf Club

I went to play this course four times each time they gave me a different price and they’re reasoning for different prices that they can fluctuate the price according to the time of day, which is hogwash. The pace of play was really really slow and backed up, so I went to retrieve a refund after I got to the third hole and we were waiting for guys on the tee box on the third hole there was a group in the fairway and there was a group on the Green on the same hole. I went back to the pro shop to get a refund and the manager decided that I was lying about the pace of play and he gave me all these untrue statements about they were on time and the group in front of us was six minutes ahead, which was a lie, and he also said that the starter was starting people out on time which was a lie because there was no starter and he questioned and made me feel like I was not telling the truth about the pace of play and didn’t wanna give me my refund which was $56 so I would never be playing there ever again because I think they’re (you know)!!!!!

We were disappointed to learn that the Angel Park Palm course only offers cart paths only for golfing. We had spent $115 each for the round, but we were constantly delayed and weren’t informed about the cart path restriction until we reached the starting area. The fairways were in excellent condition, but the greens were in poor condition. Considering the limited access and the condition of the greens, it’s not worth the money for this round.

We really like this course. But it is being prepared for overseed. So conditions are “not worth playing” right now!

Couldn't have been in worse condition. The fairways, the rough, the greens, the tee boxes...everything was dead. The course should be closed if it's in this condition. Pace of play was horrendous. They forced my 20 year old son to ride with a stranger in the same cart. It was the worst experience on a course in a long time. Avoid at all costs.

I get it. It’s summertime and it’s warm but the condition of this golf course right now is awful! I should’ve walked off the course as soon as I got there when I saw the condition of the practice putting green. Tee boxes, fairways, and greens are awful. The grounds crew needs to be replaced. Never seen the course is this bad of shape. I won’t be back for a while.

Fairways are dying. Greens are super bad. Million divets, holes and dead patches everywhere. Save your money and time play elsewhere.

Unknown gem. I have an associate that I play with when in town. He wasn't available so I just booked what looked good on the website. Turned out it was a 1/2 mi from the casino I often stay at & what a compete surprise. Got a late tee time to avoid the potential heat, but that probably was why it was so windy. Even with the wind, the course was very enjoyable. I asked & am told the Mountain course is equally as good. Can't wait to go back & play it.

For the most part the course was in great shape with a couple flaws. One, the green’s fee is too high for locals. Second, the course would do well to work on the bunkers…putting some sand in them would help. What exists now is pretty much hardpan. You could do better if you’re going to promote the course as a premier course.

Andel park has two 18 hole courses as well as a party 3 and a putting course with good practice area. It's always in good condition with fast challenging greens. I love the courses but it's always slow play for some reason. Maybe it's over booked but always lot of backups. If it was less backup it would be so much better. As is I still recommend playing the courses.

The course is in good shape and is a good layout. Plays tough enough for low handicaps but not too tough for high cappers. Our group was a mix from 10 to 30. I would definitely come back to play.

The course and area is nice except for all the loose range balls. Honestly they are everywhere and really brings down the course.

First time I’ve ever walked off a course. Let’s start with the conditions, the tee boxes were pretty bad. But the greens and fairways were in nice shape. Bunkers need some TLC, as several had very little sand in them, and you could actually see the liners in the bunker. Many of the driving range balls are so worn they don’t fly properly. Even still, those things are not deal breakers.

The pace of play was incredibly slow, we saw a marshal several times, only once did he talk to us - he merely said it’s really slow and likely to get worse. So the constant badgering from the GPS indicating we were behind, when we had 3 groups on a par 3, was adding insult to injury. We finally quit, as holes 11 & 12 took 45 minutes to play. This put us at 3 hrs and 15 minutes to play 12 holes, on pace to be a six-hour round. We are in Vegas and had show tickets, no way we thought it’d take six hours to get a round in. Slow golf happens, I get it, but the staff seemed indifferent about it.
