Great value, nice course, good for.beginners

Got this as a hot deal. Excellent value for price. Course in great condition. Our playing partners said that the community helps to maintain the course. Kudos to them. Just watch out for the geese droppings on 18th. Seems to be common occurrence on Vegas courses.

An easy, short course for straight hitters and I happened to be that way for a change despite 25-30 mph continual winds.

Too bad it could be a fun course for all skill levels

Fairways and greens were great and our cart was nice. The reason I would not recommend is the pace of play. We watched the two groups in front of us both t off on several holes. Both the group in front of us and the group behind us quit on the back nine. Did not see a marshal at all during the round, guessing the course does not have one.
