Needs Re-Vamped and Repaired
I have played this facility a few times before in years past. It has always been an average facility, with mostly beginners playing it since it is a par 3.
However, this time around the course was in exceptionally bad condition. Myself and 3 family members played the blue and yellow 9's. At least 6 greens had a significant amount of fungus or no grass at all, making them nearly unplayable. The artificial tees are also aging a bit and need replacing.
Another thing that would impede an experienced golfer is the amount of trees that have overgrown into the line of the holes. You get penalized for a good shot.
At $20/golfer, this facility should be able to afford some improvements to make it fun and playable for all levels of golfers. The pro shop attendant was friendly and informative and the shop was stocked pretty well with rentals for beginners, so that was a positive. I would prefer going to Midway Par 3 for better conditions.
