Tanna Farms Golf Club in Geneva offers some of the best golf that the Fox Valley has to offer. The layout meanders across prairies covered with wildflowers and weaves through lush wetlands. The course begins with the stunning signature hole. The par-3 opener has an island green that sets the scene for this thrilling and memorable round. Although it's a seemingly short course at 6,510 yards from the back tees, what it lacks in length it makes up for with plenty of other challenges. Besides the first hole, there are a few other tough par 3s, including one with a postage-stamp sized green. There are some daunting par 5s as well. Tanna Farms Golf Club is not a lengthy course but the layout is generously spaced to offer breathing room between the holes and the undulating slopes and subtle elevation changes make it pay much longer.

Great course for price!
Good course occasional deals available. Nice bar with really good food.
Unique par 3 over water to start.
Usually play here 5-6 times a year.
Decent for early April
Tanna tap is closed still except Fridays. There is no turn here or golf cart ladies.
I like the course, Unique layout.
Bunkers need attention.
Greens were c acceptable
Par 5 back 9 with the swamp needs to be re-imagined.
Overall good track...
Good and bad
The Greens were in excellent shape, the fairway were in good shape. The sand traps were unplayable, some of the stones are bigger than the ball.
Great layout - always a good time
High marks for the fairways, bunkers and moste of the tee boxes. The greens held well but the last two times I played they were extremely slow. At least they were all cut the same way so it was consistent. Minor concerns for such a fun course and great value.
Disappointed
Not well run at all.
The pace of play was horrible, on some tees there were two foursomes waiting to tee off.
There was a outing ahead of us drinking way too much by the 9th hole they were all drunk.
I am sure the alcohol they were drinking was not purchased on the course.
Someone should explain to the management of this course what a ranger is.
They also should let you know there is no halfway house. The only way to get water or a soft drink is, if you are lucky you may cross paths with the beverage / snack cart.
The course itself was okay.
I will not be back.
Atrocious
This course has one of the worst pace of play enforcements along with course conditions I’ve played in so far. Every tee box was basically dirt, greens were pitched, bunkers not even looked at, 4 groups playing 1 hole at numerous times and a pro shop that does absolutely nothing about it.
Place doesn’t even have a half way house or any real food offerings. $64 dollars is a joke.

5hrs on a weekday.
People on course that never played. Very slow play.
Too many blind shots. Wont be playing here enough to memorize the layout. Course is in good shape though.
Meh
I’ve wanted to play this course for a while because we drive by on our way to the in-laws house. The ground was really hard; I know we haven’t had much rain lately, but I don’t think watering is a priority. The greens were only in fair condition.
If I play there again in the future, I’ll be sure to book on GolfNow again because it really irked the old man in the shop. Whatever.
The gas carts moved well which I appreciated.
Different Layout
Love the different layout, starting on par 3; two 600 yard par fives on the back are challenging.
At first glance should be a manage able course but make no mistake, it plays “big-boy”….
Great course
I took my teenage son for a quick 18 and was extremely pleased. The staff was super friendly and the course was well run. I was impressed with the layout and it felt as though I was out in the countryside even though I was a few miles outside of downtown Geneva. I’m highly recommend the golf course for any looking for a relaxing experience.
