Tops on the Monterey Peninsula

I didn't really place this course in 2014. It would have been in the early 2000s.

Cypress Point is, quite simply, breathtaking. Incredible scenery, incredible golf, incredible experience. If given the opportunity do whatever you can to play it.

Simply Magical

It lives up to the hype. Coming up 13 towards the ocean is a memorable experience. Playing those last 6 holes is simply breath taking. I love Cypress.

Cypress Point

Dr. McKenzie said of Cypress Point: "I do not expect anyone to have the opportunity of constructing another course like Cypress Point, as I do not suppose anywhere in the world is there such a glorious combination of rocky coast, sand dunes, pine forrest and cypress trees". Dr. McKenzie understood the piece of property he was working with and delivered a masterpiece to the world of golf. Extremely enjoyable and endlessly fascinating, Cypress Point lives up to its billing. One of the best golf experiences possible, Cypress Point did not disappoint. Bob Jones said it best "Pebble Beach is harder, Cypress is more fun"
