Industry Hills Golf Club at Pacific Palms Resort - Zaharias Course

I played the babe and normally this course is in great condition but today the fairways were a dried up mess with lots of divots and uneven grass. . Maybe because of winter but not good. However the course layout is awesome with tight fairways undulated fast greens. and great views of the surrounding area. You definitely need to bring your A game. .

Played the babe the other day. Fairways were in winter conditions, brownish. I know this course in spring and summer is beautiful. I’ve played both courses multiple times and the babe always seems to get me. I’m a single digit handicapper but the babe is tough. Narrow and lots of dog legs. The greens right now are rolling FAST. they are in great shape but extremely firm and fast. Can’t wait to play again soon.

The fairway is dry and it’s a little pricey at that time.

It’s nice course but the grass on fairway are dead.

Good course. The fairway grass wasn’t that great especially considering it was the winter time. The grass was dry and resembled dried brush at times. Tight course and the greens were fun though! Dont expect to get 18 in unless you start before 1pm.

First time at this course and it did not disappoint, greens were running fast and the fairways are nice and tight.

Had not played here in 2 years. Was very unimpressed with conditions. Pace of play was the only bright spot finishing in 4.25 hours. Fairways have not been seeded and were very brown with every lie thin. Lots of tree debris laying around clear no maintenance guys are putting in the work. Rough bare with a mix of muddy soggy conditions or bone dry dirt. Bunkers were not raked in days by maintenance which is even worse during covid since they’ve taken away the rakes. Very unimpressed. Ordered food at the to go center and had to follow up and ask for my order that was sitting there for 10 minutes. Horrible service

This course came highly recommended by a friend. We played the “Babe” side and from the 1st tee, I knew it was going to be a beautiful course!

The foursomes allowed to play as slow as possible are screw up a good day.
