Shoreline Golf Links at Mountain View

a 5:20 tee time...enough time to walk 9, solo and enjoy the weather and some practice time...priceless...all for $20 bucks!!

There were 3 greens that looked like fairway.

Temporary greens were horrible. Just 10-12 in diameter. There was so much construction going on the course. It was not play ready.

It was not worth it at all...!

Was very disappointed with the condition of the course.

I pay $40 at spring valley and SV is a beatiful course, well kept greens and fairways!

I should really get a refund for the round I played.

I booked a tea time through golfnow at $27. I thought I got a good deal But when I checked in, the staff asked me if I was 17 years old . No I’m 54. By the way; Why he is asking it? He said it’s for Junior. I said I don’t know about it because I booked through Golfnow. He asked again if I’m 17. I said ‘No’. He said I should pay $51. I used Golfnow for long time and didn’t have any issue. After all, I paid $51 and was not happy. When I went outside, I heard some players who were standing at the counter talking about me like I tried to pay junior rate. At the moment, I was very embarrassed and felt like being humiliated. And I realized that I might be considered as a bad man because of the staff’s rude behavior. The staff should have blamed the reservation system, not me. It was one of my most horrible experiences and I will not visit Shoreline again.

Is there a greens keeper. Place look like it was deserted. And huge tax $$$. No investment of impact. Sad.

Two greens were under renovation resulting in temporary greens. Super slow pace by 4 couples in two teams who couldn't hit longer than 100 yards with drivers & 50 yards with other clubs. Even they didn't care about the efficiency nor rule for pace.

We needed wait 4~5 minutes per every shot.

And the green was a little slow as well.

Wasn’t advise several holes were under repair.

Cart path only! Never told this was in place. Sand traps had water in them.

Course cost should be adjusted.

Bar/restaurant closed at 3pm. Had no chance to have a meal after the round of golf.

Been month with the temp greens and the course it beat down from the rain. Normal greens roll pretty well.

The golf tee time was delayed by 40 minutes and started from the back nine holes. The fairway grass was not managed, so more bare ground was visible. It was very inconvenient to move because the course information board was not properly visible. Three holes were under construction, and the course was short and the temporary green was very small.

When I went to the first hole after the back nine holes, I was offended to ask why I played from the back nine holes, even though I explained that I followed the staff's guidance

Showed up on thanksgiving fir 7:20am tee time for $36

Would not honor. Suggested pay $87 and fight GolfNow later. Rude. Multiple customers same situation

They called manager. Said same thing

Three of the holes have temporary greens so I was very disappointed. Besides the temporary greens, the overall condition of the course is poor. Many bare patches on many of the fairways. The bones of the course are very good so it can be redeemed with proper and regular maintenance. The course as is now, I felt like I way over paid even with a discount.
