Remington Golf Club

I can tell at one time this was an excellent course, unfortunately it’s not being maintained the way it should be . The bunkers are hard with little sand. There are many bare spots around the course and other areas where drainage is a problem. The greens are good and the layout is fine.

No grass anywhere. No sand in the traps. 5 1/2 hour round.

Course was in terrible condition. Greens were ok but could barely find grass to hit in fairways.

Totally overpriced for the condition of the course. Cart was in terrible condition also.

My Wife & I had a great day at Remington. The course conditions were good, the greens were fast, and the staff was friendly. We started on time and finished in 3hrs 45min. We were glad that we were joined by a single who knew the course as it is a little hard to find your way to the next hole at times.

Despite three previous days of rain the course was in good shape. Paired with a nice couple from Wyoming and had a great experience.

We had two foursomes teeing off around 2 PM on a Saturday and finishing up at 6:30. Both the clubhouse and pro shop are closed when we get in and we all wanted to use a bathroom as we drove across town to play this course. The guys said we can’t get into the clubhouse and that if the guys want to to go behind the building and the ladies are out of luck. Very unprofessional place. The course is rough. Very little grass on fairways and really rough around the greens with ruts and bare dirt. The greens though weren’t too bad. Bunkers were basically hard pan even around the greens. We usually play this a few times every winter but I can say it’s off our list now.

Course is wide open so very forgiving. Fairways and roughs could use more grass coverage, but the greens are great. Easy to putt and they hold on approach shots.

Sand in traps is not fluffy but in a way makes it easier to get out.

Nice place to play for a fun round, and it is on the lower end of the pricing.

Carts are the pits seats all torn up. Course very rough not in very good shape. We played 36 holes at end of first 18 had to turn our cart in even when we had a replay in 20 min because there was a number of people in line to play but no carts for them. They over booked the course by about 200 people. Staff very unfriendly will not ever come back to this course.

Nice course. Some challenging holes but very forgiving. Greens in great shape. Friendly and helpful staff. Only negative was that we never saw a ranger as we sat for a minimum of 5-10 minutes on every shot because the group we followed were extremely slow. We called the pro shop as we were waiting on # 11 for @ 10 minutes. After the ranger passed us, the pace of play was excellent. The foursome we followed had @ two holes open in front of them. We talked to a gentleman who told us that pace of play was so slow one day that one guy in his group had a retractable fishing rod as he went fishing while waiting. 🤣

Older poorly maintained golf course. The greens were good and rolled well. We were told not to play out of the traps which takes away a lot of challenge. Fairways are poorly maintained and grass is pretty sparse. This one is definitely off my list.

Nice course, friendly staff. Fairway grass could used watering.

Great course, friendly staff and all at very good price.
