Remington Golf Club

Very solid course with generally wide and generous fairways. Conditions were quite good despite recent rainy days, although drainage in a few fairways was a problem. Turf was good. Greens very puttable. Great course for the price.

Challenging for all level players from different tee blocks. a few greens had damage but over all the greens were in good shape with lots of good roll . Great value for the $$$ decent replay rate Staff very friendly happy to see 4 Canadian golfing in 43 degrees .

Club house was dated and didn’t look the cleanest. Course was ok but no toilets apart from porta loos in odd places. No refreshments cart on the course.

No course Marshall to keep the pace of play as we had really slow people in front who would not allow us to pass through.

Would we play again. No. Not when there are many other clubs for better prices with more amenities.

Bunkers and greens need attention, areas of greens have bald spots bunkers have little sand and no rakes. Some tee boxes were on humps and bald

Best I can say about my round. Waited all day. Greens very spotty. Fairways fine. Par 3 tee boxes very sketchy. Unfortunately that’s what $50 or so has come to this time of year.

Nice layout, easy to follow with sufficient challenge of water and bunkers.

Me and a friend went out at 9:20 on Saturday the 4th. It was about 48 degrees when we tee'd off so fairly cold, however the starter said its wide open and joked that we should play 2 balls. Well, we did just that and finished the round in 3 hours 30 minutes. The course has challenging par 3's, average par 4's and long par 5's with water on almost every hole. 6 of the greens had a big patch of bad grass and the bunkers felt like concrete, but the tee boxes and fairways were solid. For the price, pace of play, layout, and conditions, I would recommend playing here.
