About
The National course is a classic American-style layout that rolls through 200 acres of southern woodlands and wetlands. Unique bunkering, tree-lined fairways and intriguing green designs define shot making challenges. In particular, golfers are apt to remember the National for its testing par 3 holes and for the double green shared by holes 4 & 16.

Course in Fantastic Condition
Great staff, friendly welcome from everyone at CG. Course in amazing condition, fast true greens and lush fairways. Only downside was last 5 holes ended up with 3 groups on each tee due to one very very slow group holding the whole course up.

Great shape, but a few cons
I was overwhelmed by the staff friendliness at the beginning of the round and the course had an expensive aura. The course was in amazing condition. The greens were pretty quick and some tough reads. Fairways and tee-boxes were also in good shape. One of the only disappointing features of this course was that you cannot stop at the turn, because the 9th and 10th hole are all the way on the other end of the property, you have to play through. Not a huge deal, but would have been nice to know. Also did not help that the restaurant was closed… not food at the course at all. At the end of the round my dad realized he had left his alignment sticks (who his late father had given to him) on the range, and the staff said they saw them sitting there but they were never turned in. Not a big deal but it was sentimental. I also had left my insulated water bottle on the cart and the cart boys never turned it in, just disappeared like the alignment sticks. Besides the mishaps at the end, the course was good for the hot deal price ($52 each) but definitely would not pay the full $110+ each price.

For the price paid we were kinda disappointed
We played 2 days prior at a course for 38$ and were blown away. This course was close to 90$ and was no where near the condition. Crab grass on tee boxes, weird stuff on greens that was creeping in. And the layout was okay but not too exciting.
The international course looked nicer.
