Ashton Hills Golf Club

This was my first time at Ashton Hills. The course lived up to and exceeded the great reviews that I saw online. Ashton Hills is about 50 minutes from my house, but I will definitely put this course into my regular rotation. The course is beautiful and in great shape. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and anybody looking for a good place to golf.

Beautiful day to play . Course looks good and greens were fast and in great shape. I ran a lot of putts past the hole. Like the gps on carts with yardage on it. It was not crowded during the week but our carts gps said we were 10 minutes slow. Nice practice range and club house And the restaurant smells great. Used my driver all day . Go play

First, let me preface by saying that I only ended up playing the front because we had some time crunch. The course is in pretty good shape. Tee boxes weren’t completely chewed up and the greens were rolling quick. The course has a lot of dense trees on the edges so keeping the tee ball in the middle is mandatory. The greens in some cases had ridiculous undulations. Staff was really friendly. For the price, might be the best course you can play in metro Atlanta.

Another amazing round at this course. Green were perfect, again. The fairways were solid and rough was challenging! The layout is different than other courses which is a benefit for me. I will be back again!!!!

Rough was too thick and lost several balls that should have been easy to find because you couldn't see them. Fairways and greens were nice.

Course conditions are great. Fairways, tees, rough are very good. Some bunkers are in need of sand but most are good. The greens are very good, firm but hold shots well. The layout is spectacular with a great variety of shots needed to score well. The multiple tee box offerings make it very playable for all levels of play.

Very nice course. We really enjoyed our round. I say it’s not for beginners because Ashton Hills makes pace of play a priority (which is nice & pace of play IS important) but if you’re new to golf you may want to try a course where the carts aren’t equipped with slow play alarms. I too am a newbie but I know when it’s time to pick up and move on. Nice course and friendly staff though.

I was looking for an alternative course to play in the I20 East area. I have seen Ashton Hills many times but never looked at the reviews. I finally took a moment to read tthe reviews and they were very good. well, i thought I need to find out about this course....This course is a Gem that's not even hidden. They should be busy every day!!! Great track, premium on driving it straight, must think around the course, elevation changes and great greens...what else do you want from a semi private course. i will be back to play the course again and again. Great Job Ashton Hills!!

I would say Ashton hills is one of the nicest courses around! The staff is great and the bar and grill are top notch! Once I can be a member somewhere this will be the place!!

Course is in very fine overall shape! Especially for the price!

One of the better courses in the area. Clubhouse and restaurant are very nice with good service. Beverage cart comes multiple times during the round. Layout is fun with some great par 3s. A lot of elevation changes in the fairways which can be difficult on cart-path only holes. Driving range tee area needs some rest as it is mostly dirt.

Course was in pretty good shape, and the greens were nice a quick. Will definitely be back!
