Ashton Hills Golf Club

Played this course today paired with a lovely couple from out of state, so it was everyone’s first time playing. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the course was beautiful and in great condition. Not the easiest courses but every hole was within reason and I felt as thought it was great value for our money. Excellent experience all around.

A wonderfully challenging course with some elevation and lots of hills in the fairways. Fairways are tight and lined with pine straw and scrub, but there is almost always a play out of the trees. Sand traps could have had a touch more sand, but it was a rainy day and they were generally firm and wet anyways. Greens are well guarded and tiered/shaped to encourage shot shapes and tight placement.

Staff are friendly and welcoming and there a nice bar\grill for after the round. This was our last course of the trip and we all agreed that we would have played this course at least twice if we had known how nice it was! We will definitely be back the play this absolute gem!

Exceeded expectation. Challenging course. Staff was EXCELLENT and food/beer very reasonable and tasty. They didn't tell us they had aerated, but greens still rolled great!

Great greens, great staff, starter to pro everyone we met was helpful and friendly! A challenging track, did I mention the greens! Not a long course but very strategic and great imagination. I cannot wait to return to play! You must add this to your list of must play courses!

Pro was open and honest about suggestions, listen to him, he hit every mark! A pleasure playing and everyone here was warm and welcoming!

The course is rounding into great shape. Good greens. It’s a full service capable just had a shaft fitting. Top notch

Greens are perfect. Fairways are fine, but can’t expect too much in the winter. Awesome layout, awesome staff. Coming back every weekend.

Pace of play was slow as we got behind 2 foursomes. (Only 2 of us playing. The first foursome did let us play through. The course in good shape both greens and fairways, but tee boxes could use some work. The pro shop staff is always nice and even had cart attendee come get my clubs. I would recommend and be back.
