Great track, good shape, good staff, great greens. The only small beef is Ashton Hills is like most all golf courses, have your hot dogs on a roller ready to go. Cherokee Run is the only course that has hot dogs ready to go.

Best course in October

Honestly the best course year round/ but around this time some places barley have greens. Ashton hills greens are true, fairways green, and overall a great experience their practice greens have a lot of breaks to really practice and staff is friendly. Bar is fairly priced with liquor and beer/ with great bourbon choices. For the amount they charge you could expect a lot less then what you get. Love the layout/ and double green set up. Had a great time. Play was a bit slow/ but it was a busy morning lots of people out

Challenging course

I really enjoyed the course. The greens were excellent. The layout was really good, and the elevation changes (tees and greens) were nonstop and great. It will be a regular stop when I’m in the Atlanta area.

Return visit from a week ago. Still excellent. We did have to play behind a tournament for the last 11 holes, but they moved out at a 4:30 rate, which isn't bad for a tournament. Our round ended up taking slightly less than 4 hours.

Best in Covington

I was in town for a wedding and a golf game broke out. Seriously, Ashton Hills was just a few miles away from my hotel and I played here for the first time. Desk staff was friendly and helpful to get my oriented and set to go. Track was exceptional in condition, greens are true and flawless. Fairways are tight and it takes quality shotmaking to score. Members were friendly and I recommend this track. For the price, this is a good deal. Will return when back in town.
