Covington is indeed a great place to play!

With several wonderful golf course in the area this one is our favorite. Fun layout with plenty of tee options and rolling fairways. Be careful there are some blind tee shots but nothing unfair or lurking as long as you keep it down the middle, just left of center appears to be the best miss rather than the right on most holes. Greens weren’t to firm even with the dry weather everything was still soft and fast. Kitchen recommended the “Golf Club” sandwich that’s was 3 layers of ham, turkey and bacon with lettuce and tomato and fries, it was amazing and very filling. Putting and chipping green played exactly as the courses greens. Friendly staff and once again you’re gonna love the layout especially the par 5 18th!

Had a 730am tee-time find the course to be in very good shape. The greens were perfect, fairways divot free and the tee boxes well cared for. No signs of maintenance shortcutting

Course lay our is great, but I drove all the way from Fayetteville to play on punched and sandy greens. I was embarrassed in front of my out of town guest .

Aerated Greens

Wasn’t alerted to the fact the greens had been aerated. Drove too far to find this out when I got there so I wasn’t too thrilled. Didn’t GN used to have alerts next to the course name for this?
