The course is in great shape, greens are fantastic however I went out behind a tournament which meant waiting to play every shot on every hole.

Totally enjoyed my round. There was not a single bare spot on any green! The layout was great as well. Everything was in great shape. This one is definitely in my play again list!!

Course was wet and the grass was thick.

What a pleasant surprise to play this time. The rough was cut, the hazards were trimmed and the greens were fast and fabulous. Definitely coming back.

I played the course on Wednesday after Monday's tropical storm. The crew did an excellent job getting recovered from the damage. Even though the phone and internet were both down, I was able to book online and play when other courses nearby were not yet able to reopen. Kudos to the entire staff!

Greens are great, fast but easy to read. Greens hold good approach shots with not too much roll-out. I will definitely play again.

Course is in great shape. Greens were firm and fast, and fairways were in great shape. Only problem was the pace of play. They let out a dog fight group at 9:00 am on a Saturday and they crawled along. Round took 5.5 hours and if not for the dog fight, we would have flown around the course. Still a great time just cut into my football Saturday.

I have been playing this course at least twice a month for over a year now and I must say that within the last 6 months it has unfortunately been in a pretty steady decline overall. There are numerous parts of the course which used to, and should still, be safe or playable spots to hit your ball (eg. the rough or deep rough just off fairways, sand traps, etc..) which have now become unplayable lies at best and likely places you can no longer even find your ball simply due to lack of upkeep. Also the "sand" traps are almost all no longer actually sand but either hard mud some containing even cloth like material which can damage your clubs if taking a full swing in the wrong spot and they are all very inconsistent throughout the course. I really hope that someone in management takes action soon before this once magnificent course becomes one no longer worth playing at all...

Hadn't played this course in over a year. The greens are in fantastic shape, but a bit quick for average golfers. The rough is just long enough to hide your ball. I lost a few balls that I'm sure I just walked right over because they likely nestled down just off the fairway. This is very annoying to me because I consider my group to be really good ball spotters. Otherwise the course is in great shape.

Great layout and a shot making course. Friendly staff and was paired with another great local player. The pace of play was excellent, played in about 3 hours.

We were paired with two strangers due to them having a tournament that day that we knew nothing about. Our two are average players but the others that were paired with us were below. The Marshall as well as the course management followed us and hounded us all day about pace. We drove back to see how backed up it was and the only people behind us was another foursome, after that nobody for 3 holes. When we finished we were only 25 minutes behind the recommended pace.

Good round. Great condition, rough was more challenging than usual. Gotta hit the fairway. Greens have totally recovered from aeration. Also had a great dinner with my wife afterwards. My compliments to the Chef!

This is a must play course. The layout is great. Very interesting holes, none are alike. I can tell you that they gotta have some of the best greens in Atlanta. They are in super-super shape. Not an easy course so beginners beware. Only problem I had on the course was the rough was unbelievably thick and long. This was due to the amount of rain in the area the previous days. The course is on the east side of Atlanta but well worth the drive. One of my favorite course in Metro Atlanta.

Course recently aerated but no aerification alert on any website. Greens little bumpy but not unplayable, should be good when they fill in. Other parts of course, tees & fairways in great shape. Only other issue, our round was closer to 5 hrs than 4 because of having to wait on foursome in front of us. Marshall on course to keep rounds +/- 4 hrs would be beneficial. Will play again & recommend as a fun course, in good shape. Got a good deal for our foursome on a golf booking website
