Very fun design. Need to make decisions off a number of tees for club selection. Greens are very challenging.

What a beautiful day for a round of golf. The weather was perfect (70 degrees in December...really?). The course was in pretty good shape. The greens were fast; very fast. One almost could not ask for a more perfect day, until.....

Well, as we were on our approach shots to the 18th green, at 5:20pm, the young man who tends to the carts, Gavin, I believe, came out and told us that we had to pack it up and bring it in. According to him, we were supposed to be in for 5pm. The only problem is, that was the first I had heard of it. Neither I, nor the three young men that I played with, were aware of this. But, just for the sake of drawing the complete picture, what harm would it do to let us hit our approach shots and putt out the 18th?

Don't get me wrong, I know it is/was Christmas Eve and everyone has/had somewhere to be/go....same for me. But, bear this in mind. First, no one told us that we needed to be done for 5pm, for if they did, we would have been sure to be in before that time. And, second, we were on our approach shots for goodness sake. Why were we prevented from finishing our round at that point?

Lastly, I thought I would at least be able to hit the remainder of my range balls that I paid for, but the young man even told me I couldn't do that???

I really like this course and its location. Brian in the pro shop is top shelf too! But, based on how we were "run off the course", I would have serious second thoughts about playing this course again.

In a nutshell....the course was great, some of the staff was great, and others...not so much!

I play this course often and I always enjoy myself. This course is very technical but also very enjoyable. If you want a wide open easy course then this is not for you. However, if you are up for a challenge then this course is for you. They keep the course in great condition and have many tournaments/games for you to enjoy. I would say that this is one of the best courses within 30 miles of Covington.

The course has improved 100% from the last time I had played and the greens were the best shape I have seen them on this course in a long time, they were a little slow but for me that is a plus.

This course was in great condition. Challenging enough and the greens are really fast. The staff were very friendly and nice to deal with.

One of the best courses around and course conditions are very good - excellent, with above average bermuda greens. The one jab is the greens speeds are not consistent day to day. One day the greens roll about 12 on the stimp (which I prefer) and the next day they may roll 9-10. Other than that, nothing else negative to say. Very well maintained, fairways outlined with good rough.

Great course with great fast greens. Stay below the hole.

If you can master this course from the tips ,you can play anywhere.

This course is not for the faint hearted. Your complete game will be tested as you play. A great value for a golfer who wants more than a resort course. The greens were fast and in pretty good condition. Some holes are exceptionally well designed, none are an afterthought. I was glad i brought more than a sleeve of balls . You will think about your choices and resolve to visit again with a better plan

Outstanding value for last minute weekday play.

Course is challenging layout, in excellent condition with great fairways and beautiful fast bermuda greens. Relatively new gas carts. I will go back.

Course was dry and greens were slick and fast. With all the sloping fairways and the undulating and double and triple tiered greens, it was very hard to obtain a decent score, and the pins were in tricked out positions. For example, they were put right at the edge of an upper tier, so any putt that was above the hole would not stop and would go 20 to 40 feet down to the next level if it went past the hole at all. Otherwise the course was in great shape.

The course was in great shape. It has a lot of challenging holes and pin locations. Greens are always great and fast. This a good we'll run golf course.

High grass around tees and other areas on the course. Otherwise good course for the money.

I am a member and have played this course since it was built!! With out new Greens like what Eastlake has it is a test of golf. Fast Greens, Deep Bunkers, Great Layout, you will be impressed!!!!

Our Golf Pro is the best Pro I have ever worked with and been in the Golf Buisness for 25 years and had over 1500 accounts. Great Golf Pros are hard to find but Bryan Raines is a most careing pro and treats all players like Members!!!! A Great Fell To Have!!!!

Courses is good layout and good condition

Had been many years since I played the course, and to be honest, I was pleasantly surprised. Holes were, for the most part, pretty unique, with a good variety of lengths, doglegs, and elevation changes. Playable areas in good shape overall; pretty rugged if you get too far from the fairway, but most holes were open enough to hit driver if you so desired. Greens in fine shape, even though they were recently aerated; generally smooth and only moderately quick. The only negative comment I have is that I played on a hot summer morning and was disappointed to find out the snack bar (where I intended to buy Powerade) did not open until 11AM. Plus they explicitly say NO outside food or drink of any kind, so I did not bring any along. Fortunately, there was cold water available about every 3-4 holes, so I was able to make it to the turn.
