Lakes of Taylor Golf Club

This is my home course and I absolutely love the layout. However, I was highly disappointed in the conditions of every fairway. I understand some rough patches due to the dry summer we’ve had, but every single fairway was tore up to a certain extent and they didn’t look like they’ve been cut in a while. Disappointed because I love this course and the layout it has to offer but it’s still a solid course for if you can get out there under $50.

Govt spending at its best, beautiful building, lots of employees but the course is in terrible condition. Course could be great if it were maintained better.

one of my favorite courses needs help. Third time playing this year very disappointed with the condition. Tee boxes are looking for some TL.C.

Beautiful day and no one in front of us. Course was a little dry in spots and a little wet in others and some of the tee boxes were a little well used but overall in good shape, greens excellent. Staff friendly and we stayed after for a snack. Food and drinks excellent and our table has nice view of the ninth hole.

Eat and soggy most everywhere

Great golf course. Pace of play was a little slower than normal but not bad. A little upset with the lack of drink and food choices at the turn. Crowded golf course on a Saturday and virtually nothing at the turn.

Never have had that happen before. ???

Had a good time out with the boys…the staff were very friendly…LOT has a nice layout but the condition of the course was average…overall we enjoyed our round

This course never let me down just by moving the pin location it's like we are playing a hole new course.this will always be one of my best courses to play..

Course was beat up and not well maintained. Didn't pay much because it was a hot deal on Golf now so wasn't too bad. First time golfing this course and probably won't come back. Greens were also in bad shape too.

Beautiful course, very slow pace. Need to have rangers out and taking control!

Course was in decent shape. Fairways had some humps that shouldn’t be there. Maybe from a tractors wheels or some other heavy equipment. Greens were perfect. Complaint is with pace of play. Almost a 6 hour round. We mentioned it to the only ranger we seen on the course and he had an attitude of “what do you want me to do about it”

Would still recommend but be prepared for a long round.

Tee boxes torn up, greens burnt, rock hard sand in traps/outside the fairway. We were also paired up with one of the slowest golfers alive. I wanted to call the ranger on our own group. At one point there were 5 carts stacked behind us. Not the courses fault, but no ranger pushing us ahead made it awkward for me to push anymore than I was. I would chip, 2 putt, then go wait in the cart and it would take another 5 minutes for the other 2some to get done. A bit of love on the conditions and a ranger that patrolled slow groups would have made this a much better experience

This course was great for the value! My 12 year old and I played 18 and absolutely loved it! Not a chance you get to play as nice a course in our hometown in Colorado for that price!

I have played this course several times over the years, but yesterday, the pace of play was poor. We waiting about 5 minutes on every hole. The course was so backed up, totally unacceptable. I like this course and don't recall ever having to wait this long to play a round

Love the layout. Decent condition. Insanely slow pace of play.

Course was in great shape, challenging without being impossible

Only complaint is that there was no water on the course and no cart girl selling beverages. It was hot and no drinks were available until the turn.
