White Heron Golf Club

Tough course with lots of water and trees. It sure the quality is there for the full price but with GN discount it was fine. Maybe it’s that time of year too but fairways need more grass, they’re a little bald. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

I've been playing against White Heron all year round, but now I'm at my best. I've read some reviews and found out that not everyone is just here to enjoy golf. My golf course selection criteria are price and proper course conditions. However, the people who complain here seem to be looking at the course regardless of the price. If you really want a golf course that's in good condition and service, go to the resort and enjoy it. I highly recommend it if you really want a course that needs tricky layout, quick greens, and heady course management.

This is not recommended for those with high handicaps or those who just want to enjoy golf at a cheap price. They will only feel bad and complain.

We used to play this when it was Ridgewood Lajed and have always enjoyed the course layout. They put a lot of money into the renovations but have not kept up the maintenance. The tee boxes were overgrow the fairways were wet and spotty...bunkers were inconsistent but mostly hard pan. Even the bathrooms were horrible. No sink in one, no lights in another and not maintained at all,

A lot of work would be needed before we would consider coming back. Such a shame

Course not in good condition, Play was slow and lost too many balls.

A true test of skill, trouble lurks everywhere. Slope 130 from white tees, 143 from back. Worth the test

Golf shop staff friendly, said due to all the rain many holes were cart path only which makes sense, so don'tdrive on the fairways, etc...then outside the starter old guy seemed abrupt, and after hitting off 1st tee he started barking at us about "no walking on the course, is that clear, you keep the pace, is that clear??" Etc etc wow We are very fast efficient players and this guys rude behavior really soured the game for the first few holes. We've golfed for a very long time and never heard such a rude staff member. The course was otherwise fine.

Greens were in absolutely beautiful condition; compare very favorably with FSGA 1-day tour courses. Fairways and rough were also quite good. Some bunkers need work
