White Heron Golf Club (formerly known as Ridgewood Lakes Golf Club) has had many accolades over its history and for good reason. The Ted McAnlis layout is sculptured from lush rolling land and features immaculate playing conditions year round. Water and natural wetlands come into play on 16 of our 18 holes and the resident breeze can significantly change the course from day to day. Yet despite the natural beauty and obvious pedigree of the layout, with four sets of tees the course is still enjoyable for golfers of all levels.

Great Alternative to others around!

Much cheaper than Southern Dunes but close by.

Wide open but a lot of water. Greens are crazy fast.

Worthwhile to visit and play. Short accurate hitters can score well here if the flatstick is on point.

Too pricey for conditions

All courses in area need rain fairway conditions not great greens an tees nice 3 star because of price conditions good would make it a 4 star for sure

A Disappointment

We were disappointed by this course. Overall, we did not come away with a positive experience.even at its relatively low price. We found the course needed lots of water especially in the rough.

Nice getaway from Orlando hustle

Had a great round …. Pro shop attendant and starters were very nice. Fairways pretty dry but not horrible.. gotta know where to hit it to score . Greens quick but true

Really enjoyed it and would go back . The price was right

Stay Away

Staff were not friendly on arrival. Pace of play was horrible. Two to three groups on every hole. Played in just over 5 hours.

Restrooms have coded locks but we were never advised or given a code.

Do yourself a favour fellow golfers and play another facility.

Best for the Money in Davenport

I played this course 5 times in the last 2 weeks. I got tired of fighting the traffic, driving an hour each way to save $20. So glad I found White Heron. Challenging but good greens. Fairways a bit tough but overall, definitely worth playing.
