White Heron Golf Club (formerly known as Ridgewood Lakes Golf Club) has had many accolades over its history and for good reason. The Ted McAnlis layout is sculptured from lush rolling land and features immaculate playing conditions year round. Water and natural wetlands come into play on 16 of our 18 holes and the resident breeze can significantly change the course from day to day. Yet despite the natural beauty and obvious pedigree of the layout, with four sets of tees the course is still enjoyable for golfers of all levels.

Loved this place except for the biggest ***hole starter I've ever seen

My group are the easiest going group of guy's almost got in a physical altercation with Harold the biggest jerk ever.

First time playing course staff very friendly and helpful, we all really liked the course. We were the next group to tee off Harold the starter came down and scolded us for not getting the ok from him to go to the first tee box without getting the ok from him even though he had told us we were the next group. After we said we were sorry and didn't know since it was our first time playing he kept going on and on in a antagonistic manner my one friend told him we got it he was talking to us like children. This is not the first bad review I have seen for this guy. If this was my course Harold would be looking for a new job!

Needs improvement.

Pace of play was poor. On par 5s group in front of us wouldn’t tee off until the foursome in front of them was on green. No ranger on course to correct this problem.

Not worth $97.

We do have a Ranger on the course and we address every situation that we see about slow play, later in the day this time of year it is very difficult to force people to play faster and depending on the skill level of the Golfer this Golf Course can be very challenging.

VERY SLOW PLAY!!

In front of us(3) was a group of 12 playing a game among them that was very slow. Half way 2 holes ware empty in front of the group! After 9 holes we spoke about it to the staff in the pro shop. Nothing is done with our complains; there is no Marshall at all. SHAME !! Our play was 5,45 hours because of them. Never come back.

Were sorry about your day, but we absolutely have a Ranger and we do not allow 12 playing in a group. If you would like to call us and find out when this happened we would like to look into this further.

It is not our intention for slow play.

Overrated

Once a great place, conditions were average, the course is over played. No rangers to help pace. Course was dry. Tee boxes were not well kept.
