White Heron Golf Club

This is not meant to be a negative review, but I just could not rave about the course. It's a course I would bring my spouse and family to, but not necessarily my golfing friends. It's quite ordinary, with no surprises, no holes that make you pause and just take in the sights, or admire the greens and hazards.

So would I golf this again, yes. But if I were on a golf trip and had to pick 5-10 courses to play, I would only pick this one as a default if other courses weren't available.

I would not book a golf trip around this course, but use it as a practice round for more "exciting" courses in the area.

I had a good time, just not a great time.

Enjoyed playing the course today, very challenging but fair.

Hot deal. Played as a single got through two threesomes. Course gets improvements every time I come here to FL. Twice a year trips. I like the new dueling teeboxes on 1 and 10. Greens were a 4 out of 5. But the tees were a 3. It was well watered just needed grow time. Will play again.

After 2 years tried this course again. Imrpovements are impressive. We had a nice round and will play again. Course is excellent value for money and staff very friendly and welcoming.

I played this course with 7 friends from overseas. We were all pleasantly surprised by the course layout, architecture, and impeccable conditions of the greens. The tee boxes are under repair, particularly on the front 9. Apart from that, the new guest relations/marketing manager stepped out of her way to greet us in person, very open to hearing our suggestions. This is probably the best value for your money in Orlando. Lastly, the new clubhouse is clean, very organized, and fully stocked with great merch and golf stuff. The food and drinks are great.

Very nice track. Enjoyable. Challenging but manageable. Good condition. Nice staff. Nice amenities. I would play it again.

White Heron is a great layout, with lots of water, elevation, and shot selection is critical. The greens were not perfect, but very good, and rolled well. You could see alot of work being done around the course. Bunkers were in great shape. I played from the yellow tees, which did take out alot of the water, but it was still very challenging due to bunkers, trees, and streams throughout the course. Saw 2 alligators and lots of various birds. Glen in the club house was outstanding, as was the starter. I played by myself, until I caught another single about 5 holes in. Had a great round, and will be back next time in Orlando.

The course was in average condition. The greens were in good condition. I played here last year than they were in bad shape, so they have definitely improved the place.

The have a new pro shop and eating area which is a definite improvement from last time I was here.

Overall I like the layout, I will play here agin at some point depends on the price.

I have played this course a couple times a year when I am in Florida. Each time there are improvements to the course. Enjoyed a quick round as a single going by two threesomes. Some of the tee boxes are still growing out. The course was well watered and the greens were about 80 percent. Got a hot deal on golf now.

This course has some interesting holes. The greens are in good condition a little bumpy but not terrible. tee boxes and fairways. Are in good condition. This course does offer some challenge. There are many holes that require a good shot off the tee and an even better approach. I enjoy this course during the spring and summer. The winter months pricing is a bit pricy as there are many much nicer courses for the same or a little more. There is work being done to improve the track and with a little more work it would warrant the winter pricing.

This course is tight and very fun. First time playing a bit difficult to know where the trouble is. Next time we’ll have a better knowledge. We will play again.

I’ve played this course 6 times since they redid the greens and tee boxes. It’s always in great shape and the layout is challenging, but fun. Great value and lucky to live 20 minutes away from this gem.

The recently renovated course was in great condition and well maintained when we played. The staff there is super friendly and we enjoyed the course introduction and conversation with the started.

The club house in a great open atmosphere. I think one suggestion for improvement would be to take advantage of the dining area. The dining area could really be a great place to offer some good food and drinks to the players coming in. I thought the menu was a bit lack luster, and the day I went only some prepared ham or turkey sandwiches were available.

Overall I had a great experience at White Heron and look forward to playing there again.

Greens were in good shape but the fairways were in very poor condition, they need lots of tender caring

My cousin was in from out of town and wanted to play golf. Your course was highly recommended from my friend. We were not disappointed. Got greeted in the parking lot from your staff and brought us a golf cart. Pro shop was excellent and friendly. Course was in very good shape considering there has been minimal rain in our area . Course layout is very good. Lot of water and the pace of play was good . We were very satisfied.

I like the course the only thing I wasn't over joyed with was the price they charge for a large bucket of range balls $14.00 .
