White Heron Golf Club

I played this course 5 times in the last 2 weeks. I got tired of fighting the traffic, driving an hour each way to save $20. So glad I found White Heron. Challenging but good greens. Fairways a bit tough but overall, definitely worth playing.

The course was fine, not immaculate, but better than a year ago. The corse was busy. Pace of play was very slow. The ranger could/should have gotten the pace moving.

What a great track..... Layout is really fun to play. Highly recommended.

Some good improvements since it was Ridgewood Lakes. Greens are great now…course overall in good, not great shape. Was $75 usd which is too much for the course but reasonable when compared to other courses now…prices are ridiculous now in Central Florida for golf.

We were a bit disappointed with the quality of the course, it needed to go watered at several places. The greens were well rolled and offered good speed.

I played at 2pm and there was no one else playing so that was amazing. I’m not a huge fan of houses being packed next to golf courses you can slice at any moment and hit a house. The greens were firm and fast some had weeds no difference really from rough and fairways. Overall I’d recommend if you don’t mind houses around you but for 90$ i expected better conditions for fairways and roughs and course layout.

Course’s condition was good and value is great compared area courses. Pace of play was great. Worth a play.

This is a challenging golf track so you may want to choose the shorter vs longer tee option. Water, sand, and doglegs galore. Fortunately, it forced me to play deliberately and challenged me rather than the usual- just letting it go. I learned a lot about myself here. Interesting features, superb course conditions, good staff and fast greens all led to an enjoyable day.

Nice layout but needs some water and the greens were not approachable because so hard.

Stay away! I looked at other reviews. They must have been from 10 years ago. Terrible condition. I would say it was a “goat track” but the goats left because there was not enough grass. It was expensive relative to other options. Terrible value for the course condition.
