Enjoyable Round
Paired with a twosome that were very good players on a day with beautiful weather. Pace wasn’t bad, but as for anytime we play this course, the bunkers are terrible.’
I have never had a worse experience in 30 years playing golf
From the time I pulled up I could see the starter was annoyed that I had brought my 12 year old son. We arrived 1 hour early to hit balls, however, as soon as we started hitting on the range, the starter told us if we hurry he can get us out early. Once we hurried to the starter box, he said sorry I made a mistake you will stick to your original time. As we made our way to the first tee, we waited for 15 min while some elderly couples were playing in front of us. The starter then came us to at the first to tell me my son had to play from the reds so we did not hold others up. Again, we were waiting 15 min for the group in front. We eft the course after teeing off on 1 to avoid 18 holes of harassment from the starter. Will never go back.
Weird place
Rude staff in the pro shop, next to zero amenities, strange situation with what I’m guessing were regular patron’s that seemed to have permission to play a six hour round. I understand this is a duffers course, but large groups that can’t hit a drive longer than 150 yards or keep a ball in play on more than 50% of their shots shouldn’t be sent out as the first group of the day. Would not recommend.
Fun and Challenging Cousre
The fairways were in terrific condition. The greens were fast! Like ice! Challenging and fun. Great round.
Excellent pace of play
Joined a group of 3. Played 18 holes in 3 hours and 20 minutes. Why cant most.golfers pull this off? Started and proud shop stagg were pleasant. Course is in great shape. Maintenance crew should rake the bunkers
Worst Course I’ve Played
If you’re considering playing this course, don’t. The conditions of the fairways were subpar, the greens could hold a ball, the tee boxes were in bad shape as well. The place is dryer than a Popeyes biscuit, and I can’t imagine wishing this course on my worst enemy. They offered a great deal for two hot dogs and a beer for $8, but the kitchen was closed before 5pm. We had a tensome playing in front of us for a few holes, and saw several other large groupings out there so if you want to play a normal paced round then you better hope there’s no bachelor parties out there. DO NOT PLAY!!!
12:30 hot deal. Course is enjoyable...good layout and good condition. Greens were fast but a little bumpy. Played in 4:30 waiting on every hole on the back.
Great course
Kale does an excellent job managing the course grounds. Greens are perfect
Challening and narrow
Course was surprisingly in good condition considering the drought condition. Course is narrow, which makes it a challenging round. Will cetay play again to improve score
