Needs A Lot of Work!
The course needs a lot of maintenance and care before I would come back again. It appears that the only maintenance is mowing. The course must have a very minimum fertilizing budget as the fairways are very thin The ball is never sitting up in the fairway… Quality fertilizing treatment program would take care of this. NO bunkers were raked. Leaves and Pineneedles are scattered everywhere so it looks like, again, all they do is mow. A lot of occasions once you leave the fairway, you would find a big area of dirt between the rough and the cart path.
Most improved
I would say this the most improved Golf Cou9rse on Flagler County, FL over the past 2 years. Greens are in great shape, Fairways are good and sand they are trying to improve, but defiantly playable.
Course condition
Fairways are OK, greens are OK, no bunkers were raked, lots of Pineneedles and leaves in debris once you left the fairway especially around cart paths in the green. Would not play here again unless they clean up the course

Recognizing a good course, good day, and good deal
The course has gotten better and better year after year. Our group now loves playing here, for the conditions and convenience. I am talking about 30 years, and now the last 5. Great layout, and nice challenge.

Fun Time
I loved the coarse. Lots of wildlife with some narrow fairways. Staff was great. I will be back.
Good value on Golf Now
The greens are fast and in excellent shape, fairways are better than most and I was surprised how challenging this course is from the white tees. Fairways might be considered narrow if you golf wide open Florida courses, just hit them short or straight and you’ll be fine. I’m coming back To play during the week, weekend pace was just right under 4 hours
much improved
This is a fun layout that has improved greatly in the last two years. Nice turf, good greens ... tee boxes still shaky but they're working on them. The best Gary Player design that I've played.
On its way back
It was obvious this course is being brought back from a period of neglect. Its still a little rough around the edges. That being said the current management is doing a great job bring it back. The greens are smooth and putt true , Fairways and tee boxes overall are in good shape. I enjoyed the layout and will be playing this one again

Hidden Gem!
Cypress Knolll got a bad rap for a lot of years. No More!
The staff is constantly working on the course and it is paying huge dividends! The course can be quite challenging depending on which tees you play. The greens are in very good condition as well as the fairways.
A must play in Palm Coast!!
Cart paths
On the back 9 the cart path is very rutted and some holes are deep. A little tractor work would be great.

Sand traps not great but they are working on getting them better. Most improved Course in Palm Coast in the pass year.
greens are slow and furry, full of weeds
we played fast because the course was empty.
it was cheap to play here, but you get what you pay for.
staff was great, but the greens were so bad i can’t recommend the course and won’t play here again.
