General Old Golf Course

Tee boxes are ok. Not in the best condition.

Fair way is ok, if you stay on it. If you go in the rought you might not find your ball . Is dry and full of gofer holes.

Greens are great .

Car path is all jack up is like driving true a war zone.

Overall is ok for the hot deal special.

I’d recommend Gen Old as the first course you try out when getting into golf and trying to play your first few rounds. This course is always jammed up, it’s a mess honestly, but you can play here dirt cheap, so at least there is that.

Fun course at a reasonable rate during the week days. Greens are on the rebound from being punched still. Can't really call them sand traps if it's like hitting off dirt. Anything other than a fairway you will be in for a bumpy ride through gopher holes. Staff is always nice on the am shift. Pace of play can get slow at times.

You need to tee off early. My tee time was 8:53 am. Did not tee off till 9:20. It was a 5 hour round. Golfers were driving off the course once my group got to 15 hole

Golf course was in good condition. Greens are fast as usual. Weather was perfect. Had jets flying over head, practicing for the Air Show. WOW......what a thrill when they kick in the afterburners!!!

This course was in good conditions, I recommend they roll the greens.

Ok I’ve played here several times and the course has ups and downs sometimes the grass is good and sometimes not so good. Currently it’s fairly nice and seems like a lot of the gopher holes have been addressed. The MARSHALL’S on the the other hand are OUT OF CONTROL!!!! We had a foursome and we aren’t PGA golfers by any means. We had a Marshall show up somewhere in the middle of the front 9 said we need to pick up the pace which was weird because the group behind us wasn’t pressuring us and then we were putting on the 9th a different Marshall came up and started pressuring us to hurry up and at that time the group behind us wasn’t even on the green yet for the 8th hole. The Marshall said that don’t matter hurry up and catch the other group in front of you. We skipped the pro shop at the turn and was in front of the group we were supposed to catch. We had the 1st Marshall come up to us on the back 9 and he just stalked us pretty much the entire back 9. Not sure what their problem was because we weren’t even drinking and we finished our round as a foursome in less than 3 1/2 hours and not one of us shoots under 100. We play golf to relax and get away from the wife and kids for a bit but this experience was unacceptable in my opinion. I won’t be going back to this course! Their Marshall’s can suck it

This is literally the worst course you can play,

from the pace of play to the course conditions. Even the staff, this place is in complete disarray..

Greens were horrible with no chance of a straight putt, due to all the patches and bumps on the green. Everything around the greens is patchy/dirt with beaver holes EVERYWHERE. Marshall goes around picking up balls he assumes aren’t being used when it was literally 5yrds off the green and my group was clearly on/around the green. After asking if we can get a refund because of the course conditions the marshal said “well it is the cheapest course in the area, and which is why you guys are here” Very disrespectful. And the front desk didn’t do anything about it. Even the GM wasn’t too helpful claiming “you’re already on the 3rd hole” overall worst experience I’ve ever had on a course
