Resort at Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort

Good fairways and greens I would recommend playing the resort course I have never played the legends side , the course is great.

conditions are nice here at taquitz on both courses. it's nice when there isn't so many people here. resort has been playing nice all summer. from tee box to green to the bunkers has been in good shape. course layout is tougher than you may think. water & bunkers all over the place. lots of approach shots may be blind. might wanna use a long iron/hybrid on some holes on the back for tee shots.

I won't be back : The Resort course is next to a waste treatment plant and smells like sewer allot !!

There are so many flies and bugs I had trouble concentrating on anything except swatting at flies.

There is also an Equestrian place with horses which also contribute to the amount of bugs

Don't know why anyone would play this course after 1 round. Sad cause the layout and views are nice....

Nice course that's local, got a bit confused trying to locate on Google maps. Overall the fairways and greens in good condition and it was enjoyable nothing bad to say I recommend playing. I do not know about the other of the 2 courses legends I played the resort side.

I caught up to two big groups but they let me pass them,

Played Sunday 1:30PM, finishing 18H in 3.5h. Fairways were in decent condition, Bermuda on greens were cut short and I had good time putting. Not slow, nor fast, either. Greens had some dry spots as it was hot 105 a day before. Well designed fairways with water and OB here and there.

The staff was very accommodating to allow me. Great experience.

Course layout was diverse. Pretty forgiving with wide fairways. Greens were in pretty good condition for the time of year. Staff was friendly. Water stations and bathrooms along the course. It was a very fun round.

Grass everywhere. As opposed to one of the more natural courses with sand and wasteland around fairway and greens.

Wide fairways and only two holes with water (one a short par 3 and the other a relatively long par 3) which made for an enjoyable round. Greens are firm and fast, but in good condition and straightforward. Greenside bunkers have new sand which is nice, although maybe a little soft and "beachy" until they settle. Definitely recommend and will play again.

Pace of play was great as we were the only golfers except for a twosome that we let play through.

I have played this course in past years and enjoyed it. No-frills course with wide fairways and challenging greens. Resort course does not circle back to clubhouse after 9 holes making it a long day!
