Mission Hills - Gary Player Course

Beautiful course with magnificent mountain views. Course is playable for most levels of players. Clubhouse is small and basic with limited amenities. Fun to play here.

Course was nothing to speak of. Flat, no interest, boring course

We always enjoy this course and staff are excellent. We gave the amenities a poor score because the conditions of the bathrooms both in the clubhouse and on the course were horrendously dirty and the on course ladies restroom had a bad infestation of ants all over the sink area beyond usage.

The course is feeling dated and a bit worse for wear. Obvious signs in the areas surrounding the fairways as well as bathrooms, etc. The course was still cart path only. Overall the layout of the course is good and it plays long.

Great track. Pretty forgiving and looks like it’s going to be epic in a couple of weeks. They’d just sanded and punched but it still played very well.

Staff was friendly & knowledgeable..

Played here numerous times. Cart path only which was expected, but cool thing is that they let you drive on the dry rough area so not much walking to your ball. Genius idea! Only negative is that making the turn it seemed like we got held up because a group had stopped for snacks or something else. Also letting a 4some go out with a female riding with husband/ boyfriend and then putting was kinda odd move , but didn’t really slow down the pace. Greens were very slow cause the overseed. Overall an 81/2 out of 10.

Love the Gary Player layout. Fun resort style course. Course had just been reopened after fall maintenance. Greens incredibly slow. Fairways a bit thin. Rough beat down because you can’t drive in the fairway yet. Staff friendly and the practice facilities fine. Just not a good value considering condition of the course. As stated, a fun layout though.

Greens still slow and no driving on fairways but play wasn't slow. Give it a month and it will be great.

This used to be one of our favorites. Staff, especially the outside are great. Appears to us that it now lacks TLC. Course was just opened so cart path and rough only required, greens were very bumpy and shaggy so know that will improve, but lots of bare areas. We found red ants in the women’s bathroom on the front side.Right now, could not recommend.
