About
The 18-hole Falcon's Fire Golf Club in Kissimmee, FL is a public golf course that opened in 1993. Designed by Rees Jones and Greg Muirhead, Falcon's Fire Golf Club measures 7006 yards from the longest tees and has a slope rating of 135 and a 73.2 USGA rating. The course features 4 sets of tees for different skill levels. The greens are tifdwarf bermuda and the fairways are bermuda grass.
Falcon's Fire, a Rees Jones and Greg Muirhead signature masterpiece, is typically wide open, however, shot accuracy is essential. Fairways and greens are well bunkered, and water hazards are a common occurrence.

Golfer Reviews
Good afternoon round
Although the course isn't the prettiest at the moment it is much improved from our last round and is still good for an afternoon round where you can take advantage of the lower pricing. Some good driving holes and some challenging approaches to the greens. The staff are always very friendly, Shawna was very welcoming and helpful.
Second time I’ve played here in the last two years. Very welcoming staff and great clubhouse. The course is laid out very nice but conditions seem like they are slipping. Bare spots on greens and unkept bunkers.
Horrible
Super super super slow pace. Took me more than 3 hours to finish the back 9. Horrible experience. Bunkers are horrible, they look like a swamp. Fairways are good, greens are ok.
Great Layout
Beautiful pro shop and great staff! Nice carts with GPS. Course has a great layout, but there are some very dried out areas, mostly in the green side areas. Bunkers are thin on sand so if you end up in there you’re likely getting a hard pan shot. Greens were punched, but very well done so it played very little role in speed or putting line consistency.
All good
Very friendly accommodating staff. Very good condition in all regards. Slow foursome added close to an hour to the round unfortunately
Much improved
I recently went back out to falcons fire after hearing good things. I played it back in February and the greens were in rough shape. I have to say things have gotten much better. Greens and fairways are in very good condition. One of the guys who works there told me they have a new greenskeeper that’s been on board close to 3 months. The cart guys, pro shop staff and beverage cart were very helpful like always. I’ll definitely be putting falcons fore back on my regular rotation of orlando area courses.
No marshalls
It took 4 hours 15 minutes to play 15 holes, and there were no Marshalls on the course to improve the speed of play. We stopped playing when the rain arrived.
It was also disappointing that the aeration program was not listed on the site before we booked, something other courses have been doing.
The course layout is interesting, particularly with so much water in play but the pace of play needs to be urgently addressed.
Ranger was a real pain
Falcon’s Fire was a very nice course in great shape. The ONLY issue was the ranger (Paul) pushing us on the back nine and there was NOBODY behind us. Chill Paul!!!
Our Orlando Area Go To Course
We have played Falcon's Fire several times this year and many times previously and have always had a
great experience. The course is challenging to me as a
fair golfer but fit my husband's more experienced play-
style very well.
Everyone we met who worked for the club were extremely accommodating and the two times we played over the 4th of Jully week were very friendly and were
willing to allow us to play in a way that made the day more enjoyable. (This meant that I would play best ball with my husband throughout to speed the round!)
Wonderful course! We played twice on this trip and it worked well for my lower level golf ability but was excellent for my husband's more experienced
play. Everyone who was working for the course were welcoming and once again
willing to help to make our game better. (Unfortunately although we live in Florida, we did have a bit of an issue with the heat this year we know that the course had no control over the weather.
