Hammock Creek Golf Club

Arrived 1 hour early for warm up. Jack in club house explains Golf Now purchases can not check in and/or receive golf carts until 30 minutes prior to tee time. Welcome to walk to practice area. Arrived to first tee to hear from starter how Hammock Creek is not happy with Golf Now and trying to cancel contract. Nice course but not welcome by staff Ouch.

The lack of rain this season was not evident on this course. Everything was green and in great condition.

Palmetto's frame most fairways... To speed play they are marked lateral hazard. Good Idea! Course is usually in better shape than most other public tracks and the lay out is fair...

I don't usually write reviews, however, this was definitely worth it. Very friendly staff and the course was in great shape w the lack of rain in the area. The marshall was very cordial, as the rest of the staff. Finished w foursome in 4 hours and 15 min. Very acceptable. Keep up the good work.

Nice layout, great conditions every year. Very good quality price report. Will play again.

Played for first time based on quality reviews from other golfers. Nicest greens I have played in a while. Easiest Nicklaus course you will ever play. All the challenge was due to firm and fast greens. Great value for price paid. Minor issues with pace of play waited for 10 minutes on a few tees. Red tees very fair for my wife who is a 17 handicap. Excellent practice facilities get there early to use them.

Beautiful day and was really looking forward to a nice round, however the pace of play was so slow and there was never a ranger to be seen on the course that half the group quit at 9 (2:45 hrs) and we quit at 11 (1 hr later) Tried to discuss my disappointment with the guys handling the clubs and the person in the pro shop and just heard silence and blank stares. Will never go back and I suggest anyone considering should look for an alternative where at least they have a ranger system that tries to help move the golfers along.

Course in great shape and we had a great day. Good value for course.

Very playable layout for all skills. I've struggled with Nicklaus designs in the past, but this one is less punitive with approachable greens. Fairways were great with fast and true greens. Don't miss it.

This was the last course we played on this visit to the Stuart area and it turned out to be the best. The Pro Shop staff was very friendly and worked an extra player in without any problems. Entire staff was professional and polite.

Hammock Creek was in excellent condition and the greens were the best we played on this trip. They rolled true and there were few ball marks. Tee boxes, fairways and even the bunkers were all in great shape.

The pace of play was very good as our foursome played in 4+15 and only waited once for a few minutes once on the group ahead of us.

This is probably the best value of any course in this area and it will be on our list to play next year. Check GolfNow and book this course !

great staff from bag attendants to pro shop to starter to 19th hole, all was great. Would recomend to anyone anytime.

From Outside Services' greeting; the Pro Shop who moved me up a couple of slots and paired me with members to make my 1st time playing there more enjoyable, excellent course conditions; and Outside caring for my clubs at rounds end....nothing but 1st class Customer Service.

While the course was rather fun and interesting, the pace of play was very poor....too tight....we played right up the group in front of us and still were rudely confronted by the ranger who insisted we pick up our balls and play on....we have encountered many courses and rangers and this took the cake for obnoxious and un-informed....when we took the issue to the manager, he, too was amazingly rude and obnoxious....the beverage cart person and front desk people were great.....too bad they have to deal with these others in their organization.

This course was very well maintained and in great shape, greens especially were true and the collars and fringes were well groomed and consistent
