Great Course if You Are Patient

Had a Sunday tee time at 12:50 p.m.. The round took about 5 hr 15 min, which is longer likely because it was on a weekend rather than a weekday, which typically only takes 4-4.5 hours.

The course is kept in solid condition. There were a handful of holes that were limited to cart path only despite no maintenance taking place on those holes which was odd, but did not take away from too much of the experience.

With a Slope of 138 and a rating of 1.8 above par from the tips, it is arguably one of the toughest courses in Southern California at its price range and condition. A combination of numerous blind shots, some slanted fairways, elevation changes, and tricky greens makes for a fun and challenging round (they even have the 2nd longest hole in Southern California: the Par 5 12th at 645 yards!)

Their range, putting greens, and pro shop are top notch as well.

Overall, although it might be a lengthier round, it is definitely worth the visit!

Great Course but full of bugs.

The course was in great condition and it was very well maintained. For a tough course I definitely had fun playing, however, the environment was fairly annoying. Constantly being followed by bugs and mosquitos was rough so bring spray. This does not affect my rating though.

4th of July at Eagle Glen

I’ve played EG many times. I live in the community and use the range often. The greens were in great shape! My major complaint is that there fairways has very little to no grass on them and they were hard as concrete. Made wedge play very difficult. Wished this course would spend some time on the fairway conditions versus the weddings they host constantly

it's so beautiful course...... but

it's beautiful course, but be aware of difficulty. I lost 10 balls. if you miss the driver, it's dead. so at least 220~260 yard on your driver for not to lose the ball.

putting green is extremely large, but super fun and hard go read. expect to put your ball at least 3 times per hole.

Excellent Course Overall

Me and my buddies tried this course out for the first time today and we were all pretty impressed by everything Eagle Glen had to offer. The club house and bar area is really nice with decent prices, the driving range has the option for hitting off of grass or the turf mats in shaded or unshaded areas, the golf carts have great tech that provides distance to hole, Bluetooth music, radio of any sports games, and an ice chest, and the overall condition of the course and the greens were great. The only bad thing I would say we experienced today was the pace of play. It seemed as though everyone with a tee time within an hour of my groups tee time got caught up at the end due to a slow group ahead of everyone else, we started at 3:05pm and finished around 8pm. Most groups playing had at least 3-5 golfers. Overall, the experience was great and I look forward to next time.
