Pace of play was very poor
The two foursomes (basically 8 frat boys) in front of my group were very poor golfers. We were all beginners at one point, but these frat boys had ZERO golf etiquette.
Fairways and Greens were in great shape.
My group of 8 always enjoys the Golf and facilities...coming from Hacienda Heights area. It's a monthly trip for us.
A little dry and under repair
Still a solid play, and it’s good to see that work is being done to improve course conditions. Greens are currently sanded and run a little fast. Overall love the track and facility
Not the same
I hadn’t played this course in quite a number of years. I was a little disappointed when we arrived to see that the condition of the course was not what it used to be. Much of the course was in disrepair. If you have the tea boxes were in really rough shape. There were no water stations or freshwater or ice available to us. The clubhouse at the end was really nice and the after round cocktails were really good. The nachos were amazing.
Always fun
Eagle glenn is always a good course. It’s tough gotta hit em straight but lots of scenery and good conditions. Hreens are always in good shape
Good Course - need to chill on pace of play!!
It was our first time playing this course - the first 6 holes were "not very fun" Our threesome was paired with a player that kept loosing balls and looking for balls every other hole, but claimed to have played the course 1000 times! We took a bit more time than expected first handful of holes. The GPS system in the cart begun to alert us we are violating pace of play (including the Marshall) - We felt super rushed - Ironic, since approx. half the holes were "CART PATH ONLY"!! There were times where I had to jog to my ball and back to the cart - I feel that spending $110 around, you should get a bit more slack! (not like I am terrible - shot 87 from the blue tees)
Aside from that, the greens were punched maybe 2-3 weeks prior, so the greens were bumpy.
Not good bang for your buck, above 5hndcp? dont play here
Front 9 plan on losing balls for most of the holes if you dont hit straight dead straight every time. Back 9 much more forgiving. hit over 260?, use your driver 2 maybe 3 times on front 9. GREAT place for scrambles though.
Bring your own drinks!!, played there friday and sunday. Both times, i saw the drinks cart 1 time per 9 holes.
Range is fair, no place to clean clubs, ( personal pet peeve). Chipping area is hidden way past the range,
Currently much of the course is being repaired. and a couple holes are path only.
Best in Inland
Great condition Fairways & Greens. Charge reasonable too
