About
Carved from a thick forest of 60-foot pines, Eagle Harbor Golf Club was perfectly manicured to blend in seamlessly with the natural landscape while providing a formidable test for the low handicapper. The challenging layout features tight, rolling fairways lined with trees and multi-tiered greens. In addition to numerous lakes that come into play, there are also a variety of sand and grass bunkers strategically placed throughout the golf course. The club also offers a unique practice facility that features an island putting green. For the immaculate conditions and challenging round, Eagle Harbor Golf Club has quickly become a favorite among tourists and locals since opening in 1993.

Best Course in Greater Jacksonville Area
Such a fun course with fast carts, GPS, challenging greens, well-maintained fairways, elevated tee boxes and friendly staff. There is absolutely no negatives about this course, and it’s great for the price! Can’t wait to go back :)

Good not great
Great and challenging layout. The greens were a little too quick and dry for our group. Didn’t make many putts outside 6ft. Pace was a little slow. If you are near this course it’s solid.

Great fun course. Fast greens
One of my local favorites, great staff and amenities. Worth every penny. Only complaint is the greens but it’s the middle of summer. Greens are gonna be dry and fast

Fun layout - good value
Always enjoy it when a round is 4 hours and 5 minutes!
And above average course conditions for courses in this price range...I would definitely recommend this one...

Great Course
I really enjoyed the course the marshals were very friendly, we played behind a foursome for the 5 holes when the marshal said they will let you play through. They didn't seem to happy with it but, we were. That's something you don't se anymore thank you marshal. The course can be very challenging depending on what tee box you play from (i took easier route).

Turned on sprinklers midday while players were still on the course
Great course, but they started watering the greens when we started back 9. Had to skip 3-4 holes. Not sure why they turned the sprinklers on when they knew there were still players coming through. Ruined my first impression of this place honestly. I paid to play 18 holes, not 14.

Best greens in Jackaonville
Greens are really fast but hold on approach shots. Course is a little dry but still in amazing shape compared to all other reasonably priced courses in the area.

Angry starter and hardwood floors
I hate writing reviews but this one was a must. Bizarre experience. Booked a tee time for 3pm in an afternoon for me and a couple buddies. Got to the tee and told we were paired up with a single. No biggy. We were about to make our way to the tee and the starter didn’t let me go until me or the single hopped in the others cart. It was pretty wide open it seemed w a good amount of carts so found this sort of annoying since we were complete strangers. I asked if we really needed to share a cart since we didn’t know one another and he told me I had to leave my cart behind or I wasn’t playing. He said the reason was because of “cart shortages.” Weird… the single hops in my cart and we brush it off, no worries. After we tee off the starter comes back and says I can have my own cart if I pay another $27 cart fee on top of the $27 one I had already paid included in my tee time. Said he wanted cash if I had it. I told him this seemed pretty sketch. It went from cart shortages to asking for more money to have the cart we already paid for. Just shared the cart w the single because of principle and wasn’t giving this starter any money.
The greens are also like putting at Home Depot on aisle 7. If you are above the hole, good luck.

Nice if you like putting on hardwood floors
I been playing on and off here for years. I used to love this course but I feel like the grounds crew don’t know what water or fertilizer is. The greens were completely brown and dead and no way to judge speed. Way, way too fast unless you’re a professional golfer and even they would have complained. How can the grass around the greens be ok and the greens be so dead and hard. Maybe don’t mow them with a straight razor? It’s not like we’re in a drought right now.
Least they could’ve done was lower the price. Definitely not worth the money at this point and this used to be one of my favorite courses. I won’t play here again until it changes.
Good, but needs work.
Was fun for an afternoon spin. Pace of play was a bit slow and boy could the greens use a little water. All in all a good time for the price

The greens were extremely too fast when a lip out goes 10 feet by you know somethings not right All four of us players all agreed on this
