Fleming Island Golf Club

Had a great time playing at Fleming Island.

I hadn't played in this venue in a long time and was very impressed with the course conditions. The greens were in perfect shape and very, very fast. the way I like them.

I played with a friend and they paired us with two elderly gentelmen - wich were a pleasure to play with. We got to tee off on time with no delay during play. After the round, we went for a drink at the bar and the attendent was very friendly/amiable.

Overall, we had a great time and would recommend it to anyone interested in playing a very good course.

Overall experience was very positive and the course was in good shape. Fairways are tough if you’re not right in the middle with severe slopes to both sides. Greens are fast but in good shape

Booked a single player time and when I showed up, the other players at THE SAME TEE TIME wanted to play by themselves. OK, send me off and then allow them to follow. No, they were sent off, then another twosome that wanted to play alone, and finally a foursome before I was sent off alone almost 30 minutes after my booked and paid for tee time.

I then proceeded to wait on every single hole, for every single shot as the group ahead would not let a single woman play through.

If the others at the same tee time wanted to play by themselves, I should have been sent off BEFORE them at MY TEE TIME!!

Fleming Island golf course is one of the best golf courses in Jacksonville to play. It's my second time playing this course and our group had a joy playing it. The course was in great shape with nice greens. Whether you're a seasoned player or a just a beginner this course won't disappoint. I'll definitely be going back.

Good layout that handled a lot of rain in the previous rain. Greens were true and easily held the shots. Exp ct to play better the second round. The restaurant had a great offering and the staff was great.

Great layout and course is in great shape. Greens were fast and true. Only minor thing, hole edges were roughly cut, caused a lot of lip outs for entire 4some.

Flemming island is one of the better courses in Jacksonville and is very reasonably priced. The staff is great and the customer has always been friendly.

Fleming Island is in great condition now, and from check in at the pro shop through walking out of the grill post-round, it was another terrific experience. The greens are running relatively fast and true. The fairways and tee boxes are well manicured. The staff was professional. My only critique would be that the pace of play was a bit slow.

I'm not always their biggest fan, because of course conditions. But this year, everything is in good shape. Tees, fairways, rough and greens. All in good shape. Turf density nice and thick. Im well pleased. I'll certainly play it more often.

Was in the area for business and found this gem with some quick research. I got a tee time after 4pm, the value was crazy. I only paid 50 dollars. Conditions were perfect even in their drought. Pace of play was lightening quick. The entire staff was very friendly. They had nice facilities too. I’m an 8 handicap and the course was challenging but super fair. Highly recommend to anyone and I’m looking forward to coming back.

Course is in great shape coming off of 2 days of big rain we had some balls plug up at various spots which was expected but the greens and the fairways were excellent. Pace was perfect.

Course was in very good condition. Overnight rain had some soft conditions. Greens were very good . 4 hour pace .
