Best speed I’ve played in Coachella valley this year…quick but not lethal

We spent over 3 hours playing 12 holes. The course requires a lot of maintenance. Weeds cut, trees pruned, flowers planted. Overall very messy and we will not play it again.

Course seems to be suffering from neglect or lack of funds. Layout was good and greens were 100% but rough was spotty, traps were very coarse but fairways were in good shape. Pro shop attendant was unfriendly and starter was having issues. 4 1/2 hour round. Charge for range balls!. Would play again in spite of my rating.

Hard to find even with Google maps. First and tenth holes are as ugly as can be. Need a full revamp. Very slow pace of play. Had to wait at every hole. Long rides between several holes. Not good value for money.

Conditions are good. Course needs some work. Several bathrooms are closed with no warning or alternatives. Three pin locations were put into unplayable locations and when raised the staff ignored the comment. Not very business like IMO.

Overall worth that rate on twilight but not at full fare

Course was interesting and modestly challenging with some narrow fairways. Fairways, however, had little to no grass in many places. Pace of play was good with only a few holdups.

Too much hard pan. Overall had a good round. Bar closed on Sunday seemed odd but understandable during these times. Will play it again in the future.

I played this course twice. The first time the staff was rude about getting a cart 40 minutes prior to the tee time, there was nothing open to buy snacks, and just a general rude response to questions. Two weeks later I gave it another shot. I couldn’t get into the main gate. Rather than give me the code when I called, the man in the pro shop lectured me on trying to find a sign that told me what the code was. I never did see any sign with a code but, sure enough, same man as before. Still nowhere to get a cold drink or an offer to get cups of ice for water or snacks. The only pleasant person again was the starter. They need to up customer service because our foursomes all commented on their behavior.

All was very good playing partners ,course conditions.

The pace of play was awful. 5 hours with all in carts driving to their ball.on a course that is not punishingly hard.

Will not play again at this course. No one to Marshall and the 4 some ahead of us continued to look for extra balls with no consideration for anyone else. 5 hours plus way to long for this course.
