TPC Tampa Bay

Course was in great condition, perfect greens with true roll, and fast. Rough is thick, and you don’t want to be in it because it’s basically like taking a penalty stroke. It was slow due to a golf group in front of us, but the ranger did try to speed them up.

This course is really in very good shape at greens and fairways. Rough can get a bit unfair when it’s not cut low enough. Finding balls barely off the fairways sometimes is irritating and slows pace of play when it shouldn’t be this hard. Sloped hill sides are enough of a challenge so letting rough grow too long bas been an issue for this course for course. Really can slow down pace of play. Oh well. Fun track and an excellent challenge. Good value when under $100. Not a $150 course as it is a lot of times.

Definitely would play here again for the twilight rate. Greens roll true. Though I really enjoyed the round, when a ball broached the rough, it was hard to find if at all.

Second time playing here - staff were friendly and very welcoming both times.

Played during on-off rain showers, so most tee boxes and fairways were pretty saturated by the back 9, and sand traps were pretty firm... but somewhat expected for an August afternoon in FL.

Greens were rolling nicely - especially for the amount of rain during our round.

Nice course layout - enjoyable and a good test.

Course was wet from rain so it was cart pass only. Layout of the course was great fun course to play.

Overall it was great. I'd play again. But the staff and crew did a VERY poor job of keeping water on the course. RealFeel was 107 and we started at 9:16. Saw bev cart once. I'd expect a TPC course to monitor the hydration a bit better. Yes we all had our own water containers.

Don't let this keep you away just be aware. As I said I'd play it again.

I’m a starting out golfer with roughly about 3 years into it and an 18 handicap. This course is easily the most difficult I’ve ever played but the most rewarding when it comes to how beautiful the layout of the course is and how great it feels when you a get a birdie on a hole. I would totally recommend playing this course. It was in great shape despite the rain storms a few days before and pace of play was great.

Greens were sandy from just being aerated but I knew that from my booking. Everything was great. Played with a starter(Mark) big help with course advice. Great time. Definitely will try to play again. Play the set of tees that suits your game. The whites were just right for me at 6000 plus.

Greens were recently punched and SUPER sandy. Didn’t notice the aerification alert so that’s on me. Just a heads up to others who look into playing here in the next week or so.

Great track. Better than most in the area. Fairways and greens were in great shape, Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend !

Great course, and only saw the cart girl once on hole #2 the entire round on an extremely hot day.

I couldn’t be more happy with my experience at TPC. The staff was very friendly and the course is in excellent condition. The layout is challenging but fair, greens are rolling and the fairways are fluffy. We were lucky at got a hot deal so the price was definitely reasonable. Have fun!!

Played this course many times the fairways and greens are outstanding.

Follow up note for management, make sure all the water stations have water during this hot weather.

The course conditions were fine. There is nothing extraordinary or breathtaking about the course. There are 8 or 9 courses within a 40 mile radius of my home in South MS that are nicer. I expected more from a TPC course.

Good, and the food does not disappoint. Really enjoy playing there.
