Lansbrook Golf Club

Greens were rolling well. Tee boxes surprisingly lush. Decent layout not too hard but sneaky narrow. Decent course if you get a deal

I booked a tee time through Golfnow for 2 players. We showed up on time and played. Two days later I received a notice that I was being charged as a no-show for 2 players. I called and was told that I would have to go through Golfnow for a refund. I called golf now and was told that it was Lansbrook's problem and I was to take it up with them. I called Lansbrook and was told that I would have to email the manager to resolve the issue. I did that and was told it was my mistake and there was nothing that they would do. I will not play at Lansbrook again. I and 3 other guys play there 2 to 3 times a month. I am also complaining to Golfnow about this.

Played Lansbrook for the second time in a week and got rained out in exactly the same place on the course.

Front nine was in fantastic condition.

Holes ten and eleven were in good shape as well.

Tees on 12 and 13 were bare and fairway on 14 was poor.

That was as far as we got.

Bathroom on course was disgusting.

Had not played Lansbrook in a while.

It was like a different course.

The fairways and tees were lush and the greens had a better look to them.

Though not as fast as past visits; the greens

had a good pace and better roll.

We will definitely be back.

Course has improved. more grass on fairways. Greens are slow but consistent speeds.

I was disappointed that I was put out as a single behind 12 guys in 3 foursomes who were just teeing off. I would have thought the starter would have had me jump in front. I asked if I could go off the back, starter said no.

Took me as a single an hour to play 3 1/2 holes. I finally skipped holes 6-9 so I didn’t have to wait every shot. Back 9 was normal, played in 1hr and 15 min.

I learned that you have to go real early, as the club won’t put you with anyone, to avoid a slow round.

Hot day for a hot deal but a good time. Teed off at 2pm. Only 3:20 to play. Course in nice shape. Greens are painstakingly slow. That’s a personal preference thing though. Nice track.

Booked on line. When I arrived I found out the back nine was closed. Very disappointed. When you got to the 2nd time all backed up. Not the first time this happened.

On Many holes the tee boxes and greens were in phenomenal shape. Some sandy areas with limited grass on the fairways but this is expected where the sprinklers don’t reach. As with all older courses the paths need work and many trees should be cut down or trimmed to provide better airflow throughout the course. Let’s provide a discount for walkers that play quickly

1st time here.. used the golf range . No targets to aim to.

A difficult course. Tee boxes are in good shape. The Fairways are in good shape. The sand bunkers had a lot of sand in them, but hadn't been raked in a few days. Old foot prints. The green were in good shape. They are on top of the weeds. But they weren't rolled recently. Some players told me the greens are a little slow..actually it was the best course I played on so far this year. The staff was helpful.
