Hidden Valley Golf Club

The course was in the best shape I think I have ever seen it. New golf carts which are very comfortable. The course monitors in the carts work very well, however the program which controls the speed ofvthe carts is off, the cart go slow when it goes up hill, then almost launches you out when stopping while going downhill.

You have to bring your "A" game, otherwise bring extra balls. Nice fairways, nice greens, and really fun to play.

Played this course on 4/14/22. Except the greens were a bit slow after aerification, all else were excellent.

Second time here and again it was very windy. Course is very scenic and tranquil, but very easy to lose balls since it’s placement golf+wind. Greens were in very good condition. Staff was excellent. Took my wife and son here. Day started off well, but around the 5th hole started to get backed up. Although four college boys in front of us were keeping pace, it was annoying to see them each hit 2 balls at every shot. But someone was really slow to enable them to do that. By the 14th hole the pace had gotten so bad, several holes had 3 groups at the tee box. We ended the day 1hr behind pace! Most courses these days, you hardly see the Ranger. Which most courses had one on each 9!

Zero tee box amenities. Fairways ok. Green - aerated a month ago are still bumpy/not rolled. Expected better from HV.

This is mine and my sons favorite course to play now, even with the 1 hr drive.

Beautiful and extremely challenging course. Tee boxes all need help. None of them are level or in good condition. Greens look nice from distance but they were very furry and wavy. The holes on each green were not groomed well and very furry, with overgrown grass around the cup. Pace of play was very close at first but eventually got faster once a few groups called and complained about a group dropping several balls and slowing play way down. They need a marshal at this course because play can be very slow here. The staff in the clubhouse was awesome- very helpful and friendly. No starter at #1 this time which was unusual- and would definitely speed play on the first hole. I love this course, the location and the staff. Tee boxes and greens just needed some help when I played.

The course was in good conditions and the greens had been aerificated so a little bumpy but could of been mowed and might of helped. The pace of play was the problem as the group in front of threesome as they were slow and no marshal to speed the play. I do like the course and the fairways were in good shape as compared to other places I've played recently but for the cost I would prefer to play elsewhere.

The course was very nice except the greens conditions. It seemed that the greens were airirficated recently , but were mowed for a while and the greens were VERY SLOW and Inconsistent. The balls could not stay in line unless they were intentionally forced.
