Nice par 3 course
Played the Blacks (54.6/98/3020) with 140ver in 3H in bright, breezy conditions. Very fun short course with 17 par 3's and a short par 4. Course was in nice late summer shape. Tees had good coverage, especially considering most players are taking a divot. Fairways do not come into play much, but they were semi lush. Rough was semi lush with good coverage. Traps were a mixed bag, decent sand but some had not been maintained recently. Many waste areas if you get wide of the rough can come into play. Greens were surprisingly good. Few ball marks because of their firmness. They putted medium speed and were consistent, holding high approaches with a little run out. Customer service was good here. No drink cart. Few sand traps, I think #18 is the only hole with a water hazard. We practically had the short course to ourselves and had a good time hitting practice shots when we felt like it. Nice place to work on your irons. A couple holes over 200 from the tips, with the shortest at 118, and a good mixture of lengths in between. I used almost every iron at least once. Fun course, recommended.
Entertaining
Cheap round as they were letting the burn out in prep for over seeding. This was known and the dry conditions expected. Course a good short game tune up.
Good for some recreation and fun
The course was not in good condition as it was just about ready for reseeding. There are also lots of waste areas that come into play because the greens are quite elevated and if you miss the ball rolls into the waste areas. The greens were uncut and very rough and slow. When the conditions improve it would be a good course to play for some fun.
30-40 minutes per hole
Had no idea going on a Sunday for a 930 tee time would be such a cluster... everyone was backed up waiting. Finally got to 2nd hole tee off after 35 minutes.. only to have to wait again for a PARTY OF FIVE to get to the green. Meanwhile carts stacked up behind us and in front of them. Completely eliminated any of the joy of the game, so we left.
Pretty good for over seeding time
The course is closing soon for over seeding so it was quite brown on the fairways, but the greens were great. It was rather busy when we played, so we had to wait on a few holes, but nothing too bad. After reseeding, we hope it will Iook as good as the Boulder course which was closed, but looks almost ready to reopen.
Fun course
About to close for overseed so conditions good not great. Very fun layout. Only 1 par 4 but you'll use every club in your bag. Several par 3's over 200 yds. If you want a fun golf experience well under 3 hours this is your place.
Great Course and Great Prices!
As courses start closing in October for over seeding this course is the best one to play!
A Great Par 3
The course is a great location to work on your game, have fun and be able to get through the course in a timely manner. The course has interesting challenges for all level of play.
Rough 2
Par 3 was a lot of fun. I found I really need to work on my short game. Advice keep the carts out of the sand.
Great little course!
This is a very nice par 3 golf course. I have played it 4 times and the pace of play has been great.
The condition is very good and the staff has been great.
I definitely recomend this course and will play it again.
Fun Family Golf
We chose this course because our adult daughter, who is a beginner golfer, was visiting and wanted to play. Time of year and time of day meant we would not be pressured if she was struggling.
$29 for golf with cart is a bargain!
The tees, fairways and greens were in great shape. For an exec length course the greens were good sized, varied and had lots of contour. For hazards there were 2 holes with water, but no bunkers at all.
On course toilets were clean portables. Ice was provided on the carts, and there were a few water stations around the course. Carts had rudimentary GPS, good enough for the course. There was no assistance at the club drop; we wrangled the clubs onto and off of the carts on our own.
We were not hurried and finished our round in 2 1/2 hours.
Golf in PS
Great course for me! Don't get out often and great for starting out the season! I'll golf it again!
Fun and well kept
Always fun playing the pebble course it was wide open very well kept greens are in great shape. Every other hole has cold water I would recommend if you want to practice your short game it will get you dialed in.
