About
Conveniently located adjacent to the DFW Airport, Bear Creek Golf Club serves up two Ted Robinson-designed, 18-hole masterpieces that are known for their stunning topography and outstanding greens. And with both golf courses playing around 6,700 yards from the tips, golfers can hit long irons and fairway woods off the tee to keep it in the fairway, which is mandatory for a good round on these tight courses. Bear Creek's West Course is demanding early, and is significantly more difficult on the front side. However, the back side opens up and allows some room for error, making this the track of choice for the high handicapper. Nos. 6 and 7 stand out on the demanding front. No. 6 requires a blind tee shot and an approach over water, and no. 7 might be the most difficult on the golf course: a 380-yard par 4 that plays into the wind and also involves water. The back side has the signature hole, the scenic 180-yard 17th, which plays along a lake.

Great Course
Great course, great time, outdoor grill and bar to combat the COVID situation. Only problem was getting off 30 mins later. They were running behind bad.
Punched greens and very slow play
Sitting on the 6th tee with 3 other groups, 1.5 hours into round. No marshal, pace is horrible. Greens recently punched and no top dressing. Stay away for 2-3 weeks.
Excellent Course Conditions
Course is in great shape, especially for late July. Great job to the grounds crew!
Good Course
The course is in good shape with exception of sand traps. Downside there are no marshals so there is no enforcement there was a group of six playing we had to go around.
Good course but...
Enjoyed my time mostly. But...cart ran out of gas on 4. Called and they brought me a new one rather quickly. GPS cart was awesome but stopped working at 11 :/ Course was in good shape. Very straight. Hazard placement makes it harder than it should be.
Great course
Wonderful layout, zero complaints minus the heat. We had to take a break after 9 and cool off, hopped back on to 10 after 30 minutes and some hot-heads who hit into us called the clubhouse about our pace. Luckily the staff that came out and talked to us understood, especially since we weren’t slow and were waiting on the group in front of us to clear the green anyway. Can’t wait to come again when it cools off

The course is very good condition right now. The rate is a bit high but the worth to play. The course around no house the reason why I like this course.. This course is not an easy so challenge. I shout 77.. I will play this course if rate goes down anytime later ..
Fun, challenging course
Exciting, challenging course to play that was in good condition. The staff were kind enough to let me start early from the back nine.
Pace of play
Pace of play was terrible!!! We didn't get to finish our round as we had to leave! There was a group in front of us that had 3 small boys and I am assuming 2 dads. They were very slow and held us up! No marshall around to speed them up. This is my only complaint, and I hope that I can get some kind of compensation or a voucher so that I can play the course again! It took us 3.5 hours just to finish 9 holes!!!
Great Condition
East course is in great shape. Very impressed. Greens very nice. Great deal for the money.
Bear Creek East on a 100 degree day
Course was in very good shape. Pace of play was much better than the last time I played here, but could still be better. Great starter kept the first tee moving. Greens are in superb shape, holding well struck irons and putting fast and true.
