About
Woodbridge’s layout doglegs through some interesting terrain, with heavy woodlands, natural wetlands, streams, and meadows making the course scenic and fun. There are 15 doglegs in all, which makes for a tough, long 7,088 yards if you’re playing from the tips.
Woodbridge’s best feature is perfectly conditioned greens that vary in size and force you to think because of the heavy undulations.
One of the most challenging holes on the front nine is No. 5, a 429-yard par 4 that plays uphill through a tight chute of trees. The spectacular green is guarded by a waterfall on the left, bunkers to the right and rear, and a pond in the front.
On the back, No. 16 is one of the nastiest, playing over water that wraps around the green. Overhanging trees get in the way off the tee, forcing you to work the ball if the pin is tucked right or left. Rather than getting fancy, the best play here is to get it on the green and work for the two-putt par.
Getting there : From Dallas, take Hwy. 75 (Central Expressway) north to Hwy. 190 (George Bush Turnpike). Drive east to Hwy. 78, then north for 4 miles. The entrance to the subdivision is on the right, and there are signs to the course inside.

Raised Cups
This has always been a very challenging course. I like the layout but the course condition is a bit sloppy with all the rain we've had lately. All cups are raised to battle coronavirus, whereas other courses shallow the cup with foam which I personally prefer. The bunkers are mostly just hazards. This is one of the few DFW courses that remain open so it currently attracts a bigger crowd than normal.
Glad they're open!
Overheard people on range who are Members saying their Manager told them they had a lot of Golf Carts not working. Obviously Course is packed and not enough Carts, that's why they want people to Walk!
Great Track & Beautiful course conditions
Despite not having my best round, I have to say I was really impressed with Woodbridge! The course had a challenging, but fair, layout. The course was absolutely beautiful! Please keep up the good work, as I plan on returning here often. Special mention to the Girl working the snack bar inside, she was very pleasant and genuine. (I apologize I did not get her name, but I wish I had)

great course
awesome course. very long but worth it. we had 5 days of rain so the mud was high. we enjoyed it anyway.
Was pleasantly surprised
The course had had 7” of rain over the previous few days, so it played as expected. No roll, lots of mud, and car path only.
I like the layout very much. A couple of short par 4’s that give you eagle opportunities. A mix of par 3 lengths, and a couple of reachable par 5’s as well.
Lots of water in play, so if your unfamiliar with the course, use the GPS and map on the scorecard.
Bunkers
The bunkers are never in good condition. Either they work on them or they should close them
Fun Track
Woodbridge stays in our rotation for the variety it offers. Although conditions were not great, it is a good layout and challenge. The thin dormant grass made it difficult to find good lies and read greens. That should improve in the Spring.
Couse was muddy due to recent rains. Couldn't use driving range because of morning freeze.
