About
Woodbridge’s layout doglegs through some interesting terrain, with heavy woodlands, natural wetlands, streams, and meadows making the course scenic and fun. There are 15 doglegs in all, which makes for a tough, long 7,088 yards if you’re playing from the tips.
Woodbridge’s best feature is perfectly conditioned greens that vary in size and force you to think because of the heavy undulations.
One of the most challenging holes on the front nine is No. 5, a 429-yard par 4 that plays uphill through a tight chute of trees. The spectacular green is guarded by a waterfall on the left, bunkers to the right and rear, and a pond in the front.
On the back, No. 16 is one of the nastiest, playing over water that wraps around the green. Overhanging trees get in the way off the tee, forcing you to work the ball if the pin is tucked right or left. Rather than getting fancy, the best play here is to get it on the green and work for the two-putt par.
Getting there : From Dallas, take Hwy. 75 (Central Expressway) north to Hwy. 190 (George Bush Turnpike). Drive east to Hwy. 78, then north for 4 miles. The entrance to the subdivision is on the right, and there are signs to the course inside.

Solid Course for the Price
Staff is always super friendly and accommodating. Course is typically always in decent shape but they are always busy which can slow down the play. The Bar/restaurant has a great atmosphere with amazing food
Best course for the money
Fun course, friendly staff, reasonably priced. Played here many times and never had a single issue, my go-to course in north dfw.
Great Course
First time playing Woodbridge, and I enjoyed it. Good course layout, and a good pace of play. The first six holes were cart path only, after that pace of play picked up and the greens were in good shape. I’ll be back.
Slow Slog
The course was muddy. The pace of play was very slow. The cost was not worth it. There are many better choices in DFW for equal to or less than the cost at Woodbridge. It will be a long time before I return if ever.
Course not in the best condition
After a couple days of heavy rain, the course was cart path only. With grass sparse in some areas it was muddy in some areas. I got paired up with a couple guys that were really slow to add to the problem of slow play. I decided to call it quits after 9 holes.
Pace of play
This course is way too short to play in 5.5 hours. The carts are set to a 4.5 round timer but even that is too long for this short course. This past weekend I had to leave after 16 holes because 3 groups were on 17 tee box and we hit the 5 hour mark. Won’t be back
Too slow
I usually enjoy playing here but on this particular day, it was way too slow and the marshals were nowhere to be seen. It was at least a 10 to 12 minute wait on each box before we could tee off. Probably won’t play again here for a while. I understand it was a Sunday, but the five hour round is never fun.
Great course
Very nice course and will definitely be back. Very nice layout and well maintained. Only improvement need would be to speed up the pace of play. Many times we joined the group ahead of us on the tee box.

Good course layout. Several holes were very competitive. Excellent challenge for the single handicapper
Really slow play
This used to be my favorite course but lately the pace of play has been a problem for me here. Rounds are now taking almost or more than 5 hours to finish and side grounds having lot of big cracks :(. Can't wait 5-8 minutes for every shot :(.
