Atlantis Country Club

The is layout is nice. ok. The greens were elevated and ran quite fast. I think I picked a bad day Tuesday to play. There were four foursomes of very old men in front of me. It was very slow. When I found out they were fighter pilots reunion for Korean War I politely waited on every tee box, second shot and approach shots. I just chocked it up to a slow day. I would like to play this course again and give it another try.

Greens were very fast but rolled true. Fairways were thin and patchy. Bunkers were more dirt then sand but playable. Would play again.

The course has a good layout and the people are friendly. The problem is the owner has not put any money back into the course or clubhouse. Seems to be just letting it go??? I don’t think the bathroom has been remodeled since they opened in 1972. If someone willing to invest in the course it could be nice again. Really sad to see it neglected.

Great conditions, pace reasonable, we had a great game

The pace of play was pitiful. Took almost 6 hours. Greens are very quick and true so that was nice. Course is just your basic, old Florida course. Was just alright

Nice course but green speed and pin placements made it very difficult.

The greens were very fast and some pin positions resulted in putts going off the green! They need to consider the weather when placing the pins.

Greens are cut too short and are too fast and undulating and elevated. Fairways were in average condition. Best value if you get a Golfnow deal. Finished in 4hrs., 15 min.

This is a fine course. Not many water hazards but enough bunkers to make it challenging. The greens played very fast and were unforgiving as they were mostly elevated with multiple breaks in various directions.

The range was closed and that was a bummer. Also, no place to have a drink and a bite after playing.

The staff in the clubhouse were very nice. The gentleman outside in charge of managing the starts and cart assignment was rude and seemed overwhelmed. Maybe he needed one more person to help him out? Anyway, we had a good experience playing along with a very nice Canadian couple. However, given that there are many other choices in the area, I will not repeat coming to Atlantis.

Staff were great, the course is in good condition. I would recommend this course and look forward to playing again in the future. We finished our round in 4:30, this course should be played in under 4 hours. They need to hire a ranger. Also they need to hire staff to keep the pro shop, restaurant open past 3pm.

the course was OK..very hard fairways..small greens..it was hard to elevate chips..the course needs watering and fertilizer..
